Food was super delicious and beer was also great. We started with the sausage appetizer it came with a super yummy mustard sauce and coleslaw. The sausage was small but very juicy and good. I got a pulled pork burger and my friend got the brisket. The burger tasted very good it came with a sauce on the side that was super spicy. The brisket was also very delicious. The service was extremely slow. Not for drinks, those came quick but our food took over an hour. I think the server forgot to put it in so we had to remind him and then he came shortly after.

The ribs and pulled pork burger are really good. Portions are fair and the atmosphere in the terrace is relaxing.
Definitely recommend when you’re looking for top level comfort food!

Nice cafe bar to sit with friends. Good selection of beers either draft or bottled. Their nachos is also good. Open space in front is nice even on cold days, they have heaters.

Service was amazing! One person covered the whole outside area on their own, didn't miss a beat, super on it and attentive. Great selection of beers and food was great also.

De Biertuin East, located on the roadside opposite the KIT, is a simple yet fantastic spot to grab a drink or two. They offer a great selection of Dutch beer. I visited once with my colleagues and enjoyed some of the best Dutch brews, paired perfectly with Bitterballen as a snack.
