Super cute little place to pop in to eat.
We visited De Pijp for a change to central and came across this little beauty.
Bread was absolutely stunning - as was the cafe itself 🥹
Got recommended the baguette bread instead of the original we chose and it was bloody lovely 🥰
Gem of a gaff, would say to give it a go if you’re around that way or fancy a trip out towards it!

The best service!!! Sweetest people you will meet, so cozy and very welcoming!!! Food is beyond excellent, tried the ribs on pita, will definitely come back and try the rest!!!!!!!

Edit: we came back the same day (for dinner this time) to try the brisket baguette and the ribs baguette — they were also incredibly good! Overall the aoli is top notch, the ingredients are very well balanced, plus the flavor of the brisket was really good as well. Wonderful experience, 10/10 recommend!!!

Mezzave is a very informal dine in/take out restaurant that services a simple sandwich menu. There are four ‘meat’ options (one is vegetarian/mushroom) one three different types of bread. I had the brisket which was served with a savory mayo stuffed inside homemade pita bread. It was very good. After two days of girl dinners I needed something substantial and this delivered. The brisket was tender but not overly saturated in sauce; the greens, tomatoes and onions were fresh, and I thought the mayo was a great touch, as I’m used to more American-style with a bbq sauce. This was a great meal at a decent price (17 euro with the drink) and I was satiated after. Great dinner, good price!
