Welcomed by two doormen who directly made us feel welcome. They took care of our coats and our belongings and directed us to our table. A table with a view at the beautiful garden. We did get our high tea served with great and friendly explanations on all the items on the stand as well as on the teas and champagne served. There was relaxing music in the background. The very friendly waiters made sure we never ran out of tea, which they refill almost unnoticeable. The Waldorf Astoria is a great place to be. We really appreciate their themed high teas, which change from time to time. Each item is carefully chosen and the taste of the item fits with the next en previous items. It is unbelievable how the outside sounds are being blocked while being in the city center of Amsterdam, which makes sure you will relax and enjoy the calming atmosphere inside the hotel. When leaving, there is the same service with regards to coats and belongings as when entering. The Waldorf Astoria shows what a five star hotel should offer. The staff goes above and beyond to keep you happy!

Amazing service. Great location. Amazing staff. The best hotel I’ve ever stayed at ever! My partner and I were celebrating our anniversary and they made us feel special at every moment.

Personalized service and impeccable food as well as recommendations. Very friendly and very approachable. Merrill checked us in and was absolutely phenomenal. Nathaniel was our concierge and was very friendly and provided great recommendations. Rocco was our bartender at the vault bar and was super friendly as well.

This hotel and the beautiful souls that work here are out of this world! We are so appreciative of everyone who helped us while we stayed in this incredible hotel. My wife and I felt so at home while we stayed here! The property itself is so gorgeous, warm, and clean. The restaurant, the bar, the room service, the bell, the reception, the door men....literally all incredible. Thank you from the bottom of our hearts to YOU ALL.
