Dining at Maeve has been spot on. Interesting textures and flavours. Great to see Maeve borrow flavors and ingredients from the Japanese kitchen in a subtle and stylish way. Also our table service was lovely, not too stiff not too loose. Best dishes were the warm oyster in the tasting, the fermented and pickled tomatoes and the sea bass. The only comment would be that the water glasses have a dishwasher smell. But I'm sure they'll fix that.

A gem in a city that isn’t known for its culinary tradition. Interesting flavours, good use of local produce en great wine pairing. The chef and sommelier are not afraid to experiment. Knowledgeable staff. Nice and laid-back. I might be wrong, but I wouldn’t be surprised if they are down for a Michelin star in a year or two…

Maeve after a number of visits still the best restaurant in Utrecht from my point of view. Great food with very nice vegetables and acidity balance / freshness, top wine list and love both the maitre and sommelier. Glad they have a michelin star now as recognition.

It's a fresh experience, the food, the atmosphere. Not like others they focus on the real pure taste. No over seasoning or too much sauces to impress everyone 's taste buds. They have a wide range wine selection, only pity it's on the pricy side.
It's a raising star restaurant in the city centre, a hidden gem with the potential.
