I was disappointed in this place. The majority of the food was excellent.The issue is I ordered Tenderloin with Asparagus and the waiter said I can get you a bigger cut of meat so I said ok. When the meal arrived I didn't have Tenderloin I had steak with French Fries. The steak was amazing but I didn't want the Fries plus McDonald's fries were better than what I was served . They were absolutely horrible. Like I said the majority of the food was amazing but I felt like I didn't receive what I ordered.

Gran experiencia. Menú degustación que al igual que la evolución humana va tomando fuerza según van pasando las etapas. Buen servicio, aunque a veces es difícil de entender/oír a los camareros. Buen producto y precio a razón de 1 Estrella Michelin. El broche final lo pone la conversación que tuvimos con Miguel antes de abandonar el local, lo que te permite entenderle mejor a él y su cocina. Mis mejores deseos de éxito para el futuro.

Una gran experiencia gastronómica, con un menú amplio, variado y muy intenso en cuanto a sabores.
Destacar el gran equipo que nos acompañó durante el servicio, muy cercano y amable.
Tuvimos la suerte de comer junto a la cocina, lo que añadió algo más de magia al ver el funcionamiento de esta gran orquesta.
Me quedo con la mezcla de platos, a veces más clásicos como el pichón, otros más ‘graciosos’ como el churro con chocolate (hay que montar un food truck con esto 😜), los toques asiáticos, los cítricos, los ahumados,… todos elaborados con mimo.
Da gusto disfrutar de la pasión que se respira.

We were lucky enough to eat next to the kitchen, which added a little more magic to seeing this great orchestra at work.
I stick with the mix of dishes, sometimes more classic like the pigeon, others more 'funny' like the churro with chocolate (you have to set up a food truck with this 😜), the Asian touches, the citrus, the smoked ones,... all of them. made with care.
