Words fail me to describe my experience in this hotel. I wish I could give millions of stars 🌟 ✨⭐️. Wasn’t my originally booked hotel, ended up here due to wrong cancellation, but guess what? I  was and still am so grateful/happy for that cancellation, because it gave me the opportunity to experience SB DIAGONAL SUB ZERO HOTEL.
You guys are AMAZING, you made my birthday EXTRA SPECIAL. The rooms are lovely,view is beautiful,ambiance spectacular ,staff are awesomely friendly, welcoming and polite.
They made my birthday EXTRA SPECIAL, I felt very happy and special . Oh did I mention the breakfast , LOVELY array of delicious treats and food for your delight.
The  SPA ,clean and nicely put together.
I can go on with this hotel cos they deserve it. There’s no complaints whatsoever about this hotel.
Definitely coming back with my friends

Someone before mentioned that it didn’t match the 4-star level of other hotels the person stayed at. I firmly think it is very relative to say, because for us was the opposite, even compared with another 4-star hotel in central Barcelona (during the same week we stayed at SB Diagonal). Much better quality of the rooms (beds, furniture, general maintenance).

Easy and fast to reach from main downtown, it was definitely worth it to also experience such different atmosphere than staying at the gothic center.

For the price, SB Diagonal Zero offers good value compared to other hotels in Barcelona.

While the rooms aren’t the newest and might not fully match the standard of other 4-star hotels I’ve stayed in, they were definitely comfortable, and we had no issues during our 7-night stay.

Location: It’s just a few minutes' walk to the metro station, which takes you directly to the city center in about 20 minutes. Being outside the busy center was a bonus for us, as the area felt less crowded and more relaxed. If you want to be right in the city then this isn’t ideal for you, but I actually liked being a little bit outside of the center with easy access to travel in.

Beach: I enjoyed how close the hotel was to the beach, which is only a short walk away. Morning runs down to Barceloneta Beach from the hotel were a highlight. Our hotel room was overlooking the sea which was a plus.

The hotel bar was decent, and I really appreciated the staff accommodating my request to show a football match on the big screen one evening. Also the receptionist helped out when my food delivery didn’t arrive by phoning the restaurant and chasing up the order. So the service at the hotel was great.

Overall I had a great stay and would be happy to return.

I arrived there and had accidentally booked for the next month. Although the hotel was fully booked, the receptionist tried everything to help me out of this bad situation. Finally, he found a solution, which rescued my holiday. Thank you! I recommend this hotel.

Nice hotel and near public transit. I enjoyed a room with an ocean view and appreciated the room size and overall comfort. For visitors who like to stay away from everything, this could be a good option. However, if you’re looking for a more authentic experience, this hotel might be too far removed from all the things Barcelona has to offer.
