Lovely hotel, very central, great staff and dog friendly room but unfortunately I found out the hard way that you can't bring you puppy into the breakfast room. No signs, no previous notices, nothing on the website or booking . com about it so it was rather embarrassing to be asked to leave the restaurant after spending the night there. I checked the law before I left and as far as I know they are allowed in but I didn't bother to argue with the waitress as it wasn't her call. Would put me off going again. Paid 100 euros to stay 1 night so it was a disappointment to me to have to leave just as I started breakfast 😢

Great Location with a Few Quirks

Casual Vintage Valencia boasts a central location, right in the heart of a lively square in Valencia, making it easy to explore the city. The 24/7 reception is convenient, and there are plenty of eateries nearby. The double bed was comfortable, and the shower was great, with toiletries provided. I appreciated the eco-friendly option to contribute to a tree-planting initiative instead of changing towels - it's a nice touch. Breakfast was decent and came with a beautiful view of the square. The room decor, though a bit unconventional, was clean and contemporary. The desk was functional, and I liked the free plastic laundry bag they provided, which you can take home.

The lift took a long time to arrive, which was a bit frustrating. While the room was generally well-equipped, there was no blanket provided. Although the hot water worked well, the chair at the desk was incredibly uncomfortable. Also, while the room decor was clean, it might take some getting used to. Despite these quirks, I would consider staying here again.

It was very small, but there was a good bathroom and the bed was comfortable. The room had a sofa bed that was not  very good, but it was fine for the price. The views from the window were nice and the breakfast was quite a good buffet. for the price of the hotel it was quite good, even though the decoration was a little bit weird. The service at the check-in was acceptable, although it could have been better.

Unfortunately, the hotel policy did not leaves out the human aspect. The city is chaotic in November/24 due the flooding and rains across the region. And yet, the hotel insisted the cancellation fee was due (even though is a natural disaster) and the subway isn't working.
Very bad way to handle the situation and made my trip more expansive because I had to pay a big fee and yet another hotel to stay in.

The room was ok but if you want to get a good night's rest then forget it, the hotel is extremely noisy and despite me being in the 6th floor the street noise was quite loud, in addition a guest above was banging on the floor through the night and despite complaining they did nothing about it.  There was a huge kids group that was very loud in the hallways and they simply did not care about it.
