Lovely hotel which is so central to the main square and shopping area. Breakfast not great typical continental breakfast. Rooms spotless, very comfortable bed and shower amazing. Got a balcony room which was lovely. To upgrade to balcony room for a week was so cheap. Definitely would recommend. Staff lovely and helpful.

Excellent hotel - Very convenient, close to lots of shops and restaurants plus train station for airport. Huge, big, comfortable bed. Nice bathroom. 4 stars as WiFi not great and electricity also not great - certain plugs didn't work and lights would flicker in night and randomly turn on. Room had near to no windows too.

The location of this hotel is very much near to Plaça de catalunya, rooms was spotless and excellent.
We have stayed in a room with balcony the view from it is good, rooms are specious and beautifully decor.
Breakfast is average, not much options.
But the staff is very much friendly and welcoming.

Nice touches in room like robes and complimentary toiletries, staff friendly. Breakfast nice, typical European fair. Only real issue was lack of full bar facilities, bar closed at 10pm and only had beer, wine ams soft drinks. Seats in bar uncomfortable

Horrible cleaning staff. They do not follow do not enter or do not disturb signs, my computer and hard drives were messed with and moved, which could have a resulted in a data loss for me. While here on a work trip this is so unacceptable, same goes for the utter lack of wifi. There is NO wifi here. Staff are nice but clueless, teenagers without any experience in the service world.
