We had an amazing holiday where the staff really went the extra mile surprising us with some treats for our anniversary. The hotel is in a great location right beside old town and sits on the beach. Our room had a lovely view of the marina which was great in the evenings sitting on our balcony!

Breakfast excellent- very happy with breakfast, everything else average. Pool was shaded, too cold, toddler who usually loves pools shivered and couldn't use this. Room a bit cramped with nowhere comfy to sit - we changed room paid €20/night extra to upgrade to sea view to make up for this. We booked the hotel for kids entertainment and facilities (and emailed in advance about this) and also the spa but in October these facilities are SHUT! Very disappointed, and nowhere is this made clear on the website or when I emailed. We felt this was misleading advertising 😕
Better hotel for couples than families who aren't bothered about nice pools or spa, and just need the location and good breakfast.

Lovely hotel to stay in. Ideal location, very close to the town, beach and harbour.
We had access to the Level which made the stay even better. Drinks are included in the Level throughout the day but you are limited to drinking these at the Level bar and pool - you cannot take drinks up to your room. The food selections were great.

We had a triple room and the third bed was a sofa bed. This was only made up after we returned from dinner and was as hard as a rock and couldn't be slept in - very disappointing for such a nice hotel. The next day, it was replaced with a fold out single bed, which was much nicer. The staff were unsurprised at the request for a different bed, so it would make more sense for them to just put the fold up bed out as standard in the first place.

Although it's a nice hotel, I would not stay again due to the lack of sun that the hotel gets. The exclusive infinity pool for Level guests is in the shade for most of the day, so it's hardly used. The other pool is in the sun for part of the day, but you need to move away from the pool and to the sunbeds on the harbour side to get the late afternoon, remaining evening sun. If you're coming for a sunbathing holiday, there are better hotels with more sun access elswhere. We spent the sunny days on the beach instead (9€ per sunbed and umbrella).

Great location and good food - we did half board.  Really really bad WiFi and the pool is tiny, didn’t bother us as we went to the beach, but families beware.  Spent last day on the beach and wanted a shower before heading to the airport, those shower facilities were awful, one clean shower, but the room was so humid and hot that needn’t have bothered with the shower!  Overall good, but details to improve.  Robert a great barman!

Pros - good location, clean, friendly staff, outside noise insulation excellent (with construction works going on).

Cons - earliest check-in 3:30pm, interior noise insulation is awful (cleaners, kids running about, doors slamming shut), sink & shower drainage was very slow, hairdryer didn't work very well with tape holding it together, Level 1 supposed to be kids free - it's not.

Overall, I would recommend this hotel.
