Amazing first experience in this hotel. The spa was a bit crowded, but the staff was super helpful and attentive. Our waitress at the restaurant was the absolute BEST,  I was excited to try a traditional Swedish meatball plate and they did everything to be accomodating. Everything was delicious! Our room was spotless, the sunset view was incredible and the breakfast buffet was copious and tasty. I absolutely loved my stay in the Kust.

Hotel is located in the centre of the city providing convenient access to all major attractions. Parking garage is available.

Rooms are spacious and comfortable. Bed is quite soft, slightly to plushy for my taste. Room is equipped with minibar, toiletries, bathrobe, coffee maker and iron. All you might need. View from the 9th floor is amazing.

The main highlight is bar and restaurant at the top of the hotel. Large two level windows provide amazing view on Piteå area. From the bar it is possible to walk outside and enjoy the drink on one of two terraces.
Food in the restaurant was perfect and definitely worth a re-visit in future.

Staff in the hotel seems to be busy and quiet. More attention towards the guests would be appreciated.

I've stayed here a lot over the last 5+ years. It is an Ok hotel but has declined in standards over the years. Similar standard to a Scandic. Rooms quite noisy especially with respect to movement and chairs scraping in rooms upstairs which can be heard clearly through the ceilings. Breakfast nice. Reception was unmanned  upon my arrival whick resulted in a 10 min wait to check in.

Nice place. Very friendly and helpful staff. Spotlessly clean everywhere. However, the room was too hot with no way to cool it down. There was a box on the wall with temperature adjustment but it made no difference. The reception later told this was not air-conditioning.

This has to be one of the best Hotels in Northern Sweden. The Scandinavian chic ( Art deco ) starts with the stunning structure that can be seen towering over Piteå to the beautiful interior design. The rooms are spacious and light with a warm cosy home feeling.
The room facilities are all you need from a coffee machine with a selection of delicious coffees to a mini bar that is well stocked with snacks and drinks.
The WiFi is super fast and the rooms temperature is controlled at the touch of a button.
The restaurant has an amazing view over Piteå that helps support the delicious food that is served up from the menu with a extensive wine list to accompany your meal.
The staff are friendly and helpful and have great local knowledge to aid the budding adventurer.
I really look forward to going back at some point .
