An absolutely flawless experience from start to end. First of all the space is gorgeous. Service is kind, attentive and extremely professional.
Food is world class.

My sister and I booked a harvest lunch. We arrived a little early so took the opportunity to enjoy the beautiful location.  The grounds of the hotel/restaurant were beautifully curated with many different kinds of flowers, shrubs, trees all set against the coastline.
The food experience was wonderful from start to finish.  We were warmly greeted and well taken care of by all staff.  The menu was 4 courses and we chose both wine and non alcoholic pairings. The food was excellent and the pairings were perfectly matched.  It was well worth the journey (we were coming from Halland) and can’t wait to go back.

Enjoyed both the wine bar (dinner) and Daniel Berlin restaurant (lunch) during our one night stay. The chicken we had at the wine bar was honestly the best we’ve ever had. The full experience at the restaurant is wonderful.

Attractive and modern environment; however, the food in the wine bar was below average. The Lamb
was swimming in sauce, and the fish soup was not warm enough.  Disappointing, to say the least. The wine prices were the highest I have encountered. We may be back to enjoy the view. Not much else would attract us.

This is the most fantastic restaurant I have ever been to. Natural elagance at the highest level, which means the dining experience, the atmosphere, the team and of course the genius chef himself. A dream destination restaurant that will soon be ranked among the leading restaurants on the planet, no question about it. More than worth a trip, it is worth a travel from different countries, as we did. Thank you for this incredible, visionary experience that doesn't showcase crazy, showy dishes, but natural beauty, quality and humility in ingredients and products. It's wonderful and inspiring!
