One of my favorite places to workout in Stockholm! They have two locations (Stureplan and Slussen), you can book through them directly or through Bruce and ClassPass. Try HITWOD or Runbox, or if you’re on a tight schedule, Dirty30.
A fun way to workout! Whether you go as a beginner or been there before it will be a fun workout!
I did the somatic breathwork and IT WAS THE MOST INSANE EXPERIENCE OF MY LIFE. I’ve never been able to meditate but this is on a whole other level. Must try before u 💀
