The doctor was sarcastic and intrusive. The assessment started 20 minutes late. Employees were laughing and chatting behind the walls. The scripted explanations about the ongoing procedure were mostly confusing. The debriefing was lackluster. No actionable data was provided for home use compared to what had been collected. There was no real dialogue. The labyrinthine architecture was disorienting.
