Overall a really nice hotel, room was clean, but the one we had was small.. Bed was comfortable for two people and the tv was big for hotel standards! Breakfast was alright but few seatings there. Would definitely book again, comfortably walking distance to the shopping district and some attractions. Price was really fair! Good bang for buck!

This is a practical hotel, which is what it aims at. Nothing fancy
It's very well located, the bed was comfortable and the staff was very friendly and useful.
However it is rough around the edges: my room's walls were scratched, the window's curtains were stained and the toilet seat was wobbly.
If you're looking for a quick, practical stay it does the job

Our fist room wad a budget room. Very noisy during the night, both from partying neighbours, what sounded like moving of furniture, slamming doors and on drunk guy trying to get into our room at 5 am other people smoking out of the windows and very uncomfortable mattresses.
After complaining about the noise and intruder, we were upgraded to a standard double room on the 5th floor that was a bit bigger, with a better mattress, much quieter.
The waffle buffet was nice, and the breakfast had what we needed.
The little jars with rice porridge and the smoothy shots were a nice touch.
That staff was very friendly and helpful.

Awesome place to stay. We just arrived and spent our first night of 5 here. Normally, I wouldn't write a review until we're gone. The hospitality here rivals that of more expensive hotels.
The breakfast buffet was awesome. I recommend checking out the pictures on this site of the layout. I'm a professional photographer, and their pictures nailed it better than I'm capable of with my android.
Location is near everything.
My wife is originally from here, and we hit all of her favorite places.

Hotel sign very confusing!  We were looking for a Sure hotel but had no idea it was a Center hotel that was only building.  I called hotel direct about parking and was told it was across the street for a “minimal” price which actually wasn’t true. It was very expensive.  So hotel sends us to a public parking area that was “only 10 minutes” away.  It was actually 30 minutes away.  We were booked for three adults.  But had to go to the front desk to inform them we were a party if 3 adults!  Reservation for 3 ignored.  Hotel could use some updating.  Not a pleasant experience upon arrival.  It was good it was only for one night😑
On a positive note, the breakfast was very good.
