I had an incredible new year’s eve at this spa hotel and it exceeded all my expectations. From the moment I arrived, I felt welcomed and completely at ease.

The hotel itself was a beautiful blend of luxury and tranquility and has stunning views of the surrounding nature. It was the perfect place to unwind and enjoy some peace and quiet.

The spa experience was a highlight of the stay and the thermal jacuzzi and sauna were a true treat, offering a perfect escape from the cold winter weather outside.

All i could say it was the best bad experience that i ever had in this hotel even before it started… we booked and payed before we arrived and when we arrived at 22.40 it was too cold and rainy outside the door was closed we called them to open… the person who answered us started asking us to pay a deposit before even meeting us opening the door or welcoming us as a guests!!! who already payed !!! So we cancelled the booking directly! And booked another hotel…i will repeat you still talking about your deposit while you still ignoring how rude the stuff was with us welcoming us without opening the doors and 2nd what address you are talking about ??? Are you okay?? Go check your information before talking no way!! And if you are sad about our bad word we said about your bad and rude welcome to your hotel so its your problem!!!!!!

no way to visit this place ever until they learn how to treat people kindly !!! not only a rude stuff they even try to reply on a very mean and personal way to the comments with not accepting the truth about   the bad alltitude and how they treat people... i think to develop your hotel you need to accept the fact that you are treating people badly... hope they learn how to be kind and accept the bad reviews!!!
