Antiquated but very nice. Lovely layout with dated but nice ornaments and pictures. Restaurant first class   Great variety for breakfast. Staff were happy and friendly. My room had a wonderful view. Very clean and plenty of space. Well situated.

This a traditional family run hotel with an old school feel. Location is fantastic of you are staying in the St. Moritz village. Great historic working lift and lovely cozy feel all around. Thank you!

Fabulous. We had a wonderful stay in this cosy, old fashioned hotel. Even though we were in the cheapest room it was very comfortable with a great bed. All the staff were extremely friendly despite what some other reviewers said. Seemed much better than a 3 star hotel. Easy walk from train station. Nice restaurant. Simple but tasty buffet breakfast. Highly recommended.
Hint: Dinner starts at 7pm  Book early and ask for one of the three tables by the window for a great view.

Pro’s- good location ; pick up and drop off from train station as difficult with bags; good breakfast with attentive staff
Cons- room with great view with lovely details now musty smelling, cramped bathroom with no bath cosmetics just Palmolive soap; reception refused to call for dinner reservation; run down public spaces and carpets; must have been a beautiful hotel at one time

I recently stayed at this exceptional hotel, and it was an amazing experience. The staff were incredibly kind and welcoming, making us feel right at home. The rooms were spotless, comfortable, and beautifully decorated, with an amazing view of the lake that took our breath away .
The level of service, comfort, and attention to detail were outstanding, and the price was definitely worth it.
I definitely plan to return to this wonderful hotel in the future. If you're looking for a place with exceptional service and a personal touch, this is the place to be. Highly recommended!
