Very nice 1 star Michelin restaurant. Everything was pretty much perfect, as you'd expect in that level of dining. The menu is more flexible than most Michelin-star restaurants since you have a base vegetarian menu and you can choose to add fish or meat to some of the base courses.

Some of the very minor things we felt could have been a little better:
- the veal slice was nice, but too massive to our taste
- the final mignonettes were underwhelming

We ate at “Taverna Rosa” cos the Michelin restaurant was temporarily closed. We chose the Tavolata for 4 people ! The food was delicious and the portions really big for a Swiss restaurant! The staff was really friendly! I will come back ;) the dessert was topppp

Surprisingly a very authentic place with Ticenese (Italian) food.
There is a tavern downstairs and Michelin star restaurant upstairs.
Good service, nice interior, pets friendly, vegan options.

On this visit, I was disappointed. My expectations were high from being here before. The food was really very good, however neither the fish of the day not the meat of the day was available anymore - and that at 7pm on a Saturday. I feel that if the stock is that limited, then remove it from the menu, and mention it as a special when you have it. Also, the meat that I did have was clearly well well well done - too chewy to really enjoy. But we had waited rather long, so I was not willing to wait for another, thus didn't complain.
The service was just not up to standard. One server smelled terribly of cigarette smoke, dishes were served by reach over the table instead of walking two steps more, cutlery from the starter wasn't removed, and we were not asked once if the food was good. Ok, it was a busy evening, but that should be part of the job description.
The atmosphere would be really nice. As the restaurant was full, it was quite noisy. That is understandable and ok. However, what I don't understand is why there is still music coming through the speakers which a) no one listens to b) is too quite to hear but loud enough to have this resounding base all evening and c) doesn't fit the ambiance of the restaurant at all.
The restaurant is not cheap, and for the price, I expect that the service, food and atmosphere meets the price I paid. It didn't.
