We had an amazing stay at Andaz London. From From the moment we arrived, Farrukh at the front desk made us feel incredibly welcome. He remembered our past stays, offered us drinks, and took the time to explain all the hotel details and our Hyatt member benefits. To top it off, he upgraded us to a spacious suite with welcome gifts and a personal note—one of the best check-in experiences we’ve ever had.

The food was fantastic, with plenty of great options for breakfast. In the evenings, Abhishek and the bar team crafted personalized cocktails for us and even shared the fascinating history of the hotel and its building, which added a unique touch.

Every staff member, from the front desk to the restaurants, was warm, attentive, and genuinely focused on making our stay special. It truly made our experience unforgettable, and we’ll definitely be back!

We had a great time here for my friends hen do. The bottomless brunch was great fun at Rakes and the staff were so attentive and couldn't do enough for us. We also stayed a night at the hotel and the room was lovely, and really quiet for a central London hotel. Breakfast the next day was delicious. Will definitely be staying again!

Booked and paid for a King room, but upon arrival, I was given a room that resembles a Queen room (which is less expensive). The room I was assigned looks significantly different from the images posted on their website.

When I inquired about this issue, I was informed that there are different layouts for the rooms, and there is only ONE King room that matches the layout and room size shown online. This is not what I expected, as I had specifically chosen this hotel based on the representation provided.

So don’t waste your money booking the King room.
