I had an amazing stay at The Hari Hotel in London – definitely one of the best boutique hotels I’ve experienced in the city. From the moment I arrived, the staff were exceptionally welcoming and friendly, making me feel right at home. The room was absolutely spotless and well-appointed, offering a cozy and luxurious atmosphere. I felt completely secure and comfortable throughout my stay.

Housekeeping went above and beyond, always keeping everything impeccably clean. I especially loved the thoughtful touch of having water, chocolate, and a handwritten card left for me at night. It truly made the experience feel special.

I came to London for a doctor’s check-up, and the warmth and hospitality of the staff at The Hari made my visit so much more enjoyable. The only downside was that the prices were a bit high, but considering the incredible service, comfort, and overall experience, it was definitely worth it. I would absolutely stay here again and highly recommend it to anyone visiting London!

Staying at the Hari was the best choice we made for our vacation. Excellent service, amazing rooms and fantastic dining truly made our stay exceptional. The staff are incredibly friendly, a few to name are Ariana, Isaac, Amelia, Clara, Mohammed, & Carlos. From the second we arrived we noticed how amazing this place is thanks to its staff. We felt very welcomed. Every time you walk in you’re greeted with a smile. Can’t say enough positive things about this hotel! Truly a 5 star experience.

Definitely opt in for the breakfast. It was phenomenal.  The location is also fantastic.

We will definitely book here again in the future!

Absolutely one of the best experiences I have had at a hotel from start to finish the staff were amazing & couldn’t do enough for us. I mentioned it was my husbands birthday & was overwhelmed by how special they made it for him. Truly made his day with a balloon, champagne & a dessert beautifully placed in our room. Would highly recommend we will be back very soon!

Great location, the staff were all very nice, welcoming and helpful but we were a bit disappointed with our room in this 5 star hotel.

Whilst the rooms are clean, the executive king felt a bit small.  More annoyingly though, the room design is poor, it feels and looks pretty budget.  The cupboard in which the fridge, tea and coffee maker are placed, is a nightmare.  You cannot fully open the door as it bangs against the upholstered headboard.  This means that it is a battle to get the coffee pods and cups from the draw as it only partially opens. Every time you want tea or coffee you have to remove the Nespresso machine or kettle from the cupboard and find somewhere to plug it in.  The only place with a suitable socket was the integrated, small bedside table.  Really poor for a hotel of this class.

The bathroom was nice and very clean with a large shower, though again the ceiling pitch means that the glass door bangs on the ceiling.

The overall feel in the public areas is that of a contemporary, boutique hotel though the corridors are dark and feel a bit oppressive. The lounge area is very nice to relax or work in.  We didn't eat in the restaurant but it looked very nice.  As a side note, the lifts are small, which for me as a claustrophobic is a nightmare.

We had such a fantastic stay at The Hari! From the moment we arrived, the staff was super friendly and welcoming. One of the highlights was that, because we booked directly with the hotel, we were upgraded to a stunning suite. The panoramic bathroom with a bathtub was incredible, and the bedroom had breathtaking views—such a treat to wake up to!

Booking directly also gave us other perks, like a complimentary minibar (non-alcoholic), plus the rates were better than what we saw elsewhere. I’d highly recommend booking directly—you get so much more value and some great surprises like our upgrade.

The rooms were absolutely spotless, and everything felt really stylish and well cared for. You can tell they take pride in the details, which made the experience even more special.

The staff were amazing—so kind, helpful, and genuinely welcoming. They made us feel right at home and ensured everything was perfect throughout our stay.

Overall, it was such a memorable experience, and we’ll definitely be coming back. If you’re planning a stay, I can’t recommend The Hari enough—just make sure to book directly!
