You really must go to see this stunning palace. The rooms are incredibly charming with lots of history. Seeing the jewel room was breathtaking. Everyone working there was incredibly nice and helpful and the gardens outside and cafe on-site are very nice. Don’t forget to look up! There are some very nice art pieces on the ceiling too.

Beautiful palace!  I wish there was more information about Princess Diana. There was lots of information about Queen Victoria it was very interesting. The people who volunteer was full of information and very kind. They also have free audio and the books in each room is a very good resource. It was a very enjoyable day.
We went in February I would love to go in the summer to see the gardens they will be beautiful.

The best part of this was visiting the park that adjoins the palace. Water foul grace the lake, along with model sailboat races. Lots to see and do nearby as well. The palace is lovely if that is your thing, but the park and gardens were my favorites.

A nice way to spend the day (early March), but I didn't think it was as amazing as HCPalace or Tower of London... I have an annual pass and this was the only reason I visited. Staff are nice and friendly and knowledgeable. The headsets are free (unlike the Tower of London) and informative. Queen Victoria lived here until she got married.
My daughter likes the games room, where I beat her in an old style game 😁 HCPALACE also have a couple of old styles games people can interact with.
There are steps, but I'm not sure about a lift.
There is a nice, little cafe and its average price for London... members get 10% off, I believe.
I wouldn't go again in a hurry as there's not much to see but it's included in the annual pass so you might as well visit.

It is a truly London iconic to visit.
Experience real place if old days British Royal Family lifestyle.

Staffs are friendly and helpful. Audio guide is convenient.

Cafe … afternoon tea is great sense of British.
