Our family had a great time at this hotel.  There were so many things we loved about it. The staff was very friendly, the food was amazing, the pool was the perfect get away for me and our toddler, they had a free candy station for our kids, the rooms were modern and classy at the same time, but best of all, the hotel is in the perfect location and had the perfect views.  My wife and I and our two sons walked from the hotel to Borough Market, and Buckingham Palace with no trouble.  And the best part of the hotel was the view from our room of Big Ben.  It was overall a very magical experience for us and we are already planning to return to the hotel when our boys are older.

The hotel is very well kept and the staff were very accommodating. It is located next to the London Eye with views to it and Big Ben/parliament building.

The room was clean when I entered with all of the amenities present.

There is a Marriott club on the 5th floor for people with platinum or higher status. I believe access for also be purchased.

Overall, my hotel stay was very good.

Great stay. Everything met or exceeded our expectations. The room was great but the staff made the stay! From the time we got there to the time we left we were consistently met with friendly and welcoming folks who seemed to genuinely enjoyed their work. Definitely worth the price.

A Beautiful Hotel with a Horrible Secret – Do Not Support This Place!

At first glance, this hotel seemed perfect—clean, cozy, and with a welcoming atmosphere. My stay was pleasant, and I had no complaints about the service, facilities, or comfort. However, what I discovered completely ruined my experience and made me deeply regret ever spending a penny here.

I was shocked to learn that the hardworking housekeeping staff, who tirelessly clean the rooms every day, do not receive the tips left for them. Instead, these tips are stolen by the hotel managers! I personally left a tip for the woman who cleaned my room throughout my stay, only to find out later that my money never reached her—it was taken by someone else instead. This is absolutely disgusting and unacceptable.

These employees work incredibly hard and deserve every bit of gratitude they receive. The fact that the management robs them of their well-earned tips is nothing short of exploitation. This hotel should be ashamed of such unethical practices.

I strongly urge the hotel’s administration to investigate this matter immediately and compensate the employees who have been cheated out of their rightful earnings. If this is how they treat their staff, I cannot, in good conscience, recommend this place to anyone. Until they change their policies and treat their workers with the respect they deserve, stay away from this hotel!

Exceptional service from both Justin and Gabriela who went above and beyond to accommodate us when our room wasn’t ready.   The entire staff is friendly and accommodating.  The breakfast was really good and available early in the morning for early departures.  The hotel offers amazing views of the Thames, Big Ben, and the London Eye.  It’s in a great location with easy access to the tube and I would highly recommend it.
