My stay at the Kimpton was absolutely fantastic from start to finish. The team was professional, friendly, and helpful throughout my visit, and I couldn’t find a single fault.

I chose this hotel because it’s famous for being dog friendly, and it really exceeded my expectations. I have two dogs, and they were both greeted by name by almost every staff member. It was amazing to see how happy they were getting all that attention. I also loved that my dogs were welcome everywhere in the hotel, even joining me for breakfast.

The breakfast team deserves a special mention too. They made every morning feel like a great start to the day with their warm welcome and tasty offerings.

The hotel is probably the most dog friendly in London. Dogs stay free with no limit on the number allowed, which is so hard to find around here. I was especially impressed by how easy it was to travel with my two pups.

I also appreciated that the double bed was a real double bed, not just two singles pushed together. The room was a good size considering its prime location, and there was even enough space for my pups to find a cozy spot to sleep.

Even though there isn’t an on-site car park, there is one just a two-minute walk away, which is very convenient. Every day around 5pm, the lounge holds social hours with complimentary wines and drinks, making it fun to hang out with guests from all over the world. My dogs got to enjoy the social time with me as well.

I really can’t fault the hotel at all and will definitely stay here again the next time I visit London.

We booked a One Bedroom Park View Suite at The Kimpton Fitzroy for our wedding morning, and it was perfect. The room was spacious and beautifully designed, providing plenty of space for our vendors to work seamlessly while we got ready. It felt both luxurious and comfortable — exactly what we needed on such an important day.

The hotel’s attention to detail and service were great, making the experience even more special. From the stunning views to the elegant decor, everything exceeded our expectations. We couldn’t have asked for a better place to start our wedding day and would highly recommend it to anyone looking for a refined and accommodating stay in London.

Service was hit or miss - some employees seemed like they didn't want to be there or didn't want to interact with guests

Good breakfast buffet, low quality wine at the social hour

Very small rooms, no upgrade (or welcome amenity) as a Diamond Elite member

Skip staying here - just come for a coffee or a cocktail and stroll through the ground floor. That way you can enjoy the special parts of this hotel and stay at a better value hotel nearby

I went for brunch at their brasserie. I did not stay at the hotel. I enjoyed the atmosphere there was a singer, which is usually unusual for a brunch. The hot chocolate and the food I had were pretty standard but good. It is a nice location and I loved the decor. He was a really good spot to hang out with my friends for brunch.
