The staff was so friendly and lovely! Nice decor and good bedding. Unfortunately, I stayed in the new building and it was so loud because of convent garden, every 5 min a crowd was screaming! Also, there is no heater in the bathroom and the water does not really gets warm. Would not book it again.

This is a great find!  And an even better hotel!
Location is second to none, as central as can be,
but even better, the rooms and facilities are perfect
and the entire staff is so kind and helpful.
Even though the hotel is located in a bustling section of London,
our room was very quiet - with a great view.
We will be back again for our next stay in London,
and we can't wait.

We spent a lovely 5 nights at the Henrietta Experimental in mid-November. We had an executive room facing an inner courtyard. Room was very comfortable. And very quiet! The entire staff at the hotel could not have been nicer or more professional. The cozy bar downstairs was fun. And the location? Perfect. in the middle of Covent Garden, but no street noise once in the hotel. My only suggestion: add more storage space for clothes in the rooms.  We'll return!

This was our first time staying in Covent Garden and the Henrietta Team blew our expectations out of the water. The staff was so attentive, thoughtful, and very friendly. We were staying as a family and they were able to accommodate our request to keep our rooms together. Special shoutout to Clementine, Christine, Adam, Daniela, Andrea and Tudor for all of their help regarding our room request. They were all very responsive via email and in person. They were the friendliest hotel staff we’ve ever encountered in all our travels. Daily housekeeping was also a plus and they were very friendly as well!

The breakfast was exceptional – the team (Chef Francois, Shania, Nicole) made our mornings pleasant and very enjoyable. The breakfast (buffet + a la carte)  at the hotel is 100% worth it and definitely was one of the highlights of our London trip. The options were extensive and the food and service were so amazing that we looked forward to it every morning. We couldn't have asked for a better hotel breakfast experience.

The location is unbeatable. All in all, we highly recommend this hotel for an unforgettable experience in London.

Great spot. Rooms are well designed, comfortable and a perfect spot to come back to after a long day of exploring.

Their bar has wonderful cocktails and central London is a nice spot as a home base.
