Our visit to Tanière³ in Quebec City was a truly unforgettable experience. From the moment we arrived, we knew we were in for something special. The evening began with drinks and starters, setting the stage for the 18-course tasting menu that followed. Each course was a perfect blend of innovation and flavor, beautifully presented and paired with wines that enhanced every dish.

The most unique aspect of Tanière³ is the dining concept. The space is divided into three distinct rooms, each offering a different ambiance. We moved through each space as the meal unfolded, starting with casual appetizers, transitioning to the main dining area for the heart of the meal, and ending in a beautiful whimsical room for dessert. This journey through the restaurant added an extra layer of excitement to the evening.

The food was extraordinary, with each dish showcasing local ingredients and the chef’s creativity. The wine pairings were spot-on, elevating the flavours without overpowering them. The overall service was impeccable, guiding us smoothly from course to course and room to room, making us feel like a part of an intriguing and well thought-out experience.

The venue itself was stunning—elegant and modern, yet warm and inviting. Tanière³ is not just a meal; it’s a journey that engages all the senses. If you’re in Quebec, this is an absolute must-visit. The experience was nothing short of spectacular.

Probably one of the best dining experiences I've had in my entire life. The food is absolutely delicious, with an emphasis on local ingredients from Quebec and the Boreal forest. The location is a "speak-easy" style in a historic setting, and you move to 3 different seating sections throughout the approx 3 hour dining experience. The staff are fluently bilingual and very attentive to your needs. The finishing touch of the personalized menu at the end was a highlight! Overall, an incredible experience and my personal highlight of my trip to Quebec City. Deserves a Michelin Star for sure.

Absolutely incredible dinning experience. Words can hardly describe how perfectly curated everything was. The rooms, service and most importantly, the food were unbelievable. Every single ingredient is locally sourced and succinctly described. Fantastic and unique wine pairings. One of the most memorable gastronomical experience of my life.

From start to end, a most magical dining experience. This is by far the best restaurant I’ve been to and hopefully not the last time. You know that one scene from Ratatouille when the critique eats the dish and imagines the happiest memory, well that was me for almost all the dishes. I always look forward when restaurants offer non-alcoholic pairing because you can tell there’s just so much thought put into it. Thank you so much for making this a memorable night.

Amazing experience for my girlfriend and I ! We are foodies and enjoyed every bit of it !! We had the tasking menu + the wine pairing and we came out with a bill at around 1.2K CAD , so be aware it’s on the costly side of things but the experience with boreal flavours is worth every penny !
