Must visit!! I did the 8 course tasting menu with the discovery wine pairings, which are all Canadian wines. The food was delicious, unique, and stunning. Each aspect was carefully thought out and not a detail overlooked. The staff was efficient, friendly, and perceptive. If you choose the tasting menu as well, be prepared to commit 2+ hours to fully enjoy the experience and don't drive. There's also a coat check, which alleviates the burden of the warming layers. I can't speak highly enough of this restaurant.

The food was elevated and i love the fact that you can pair the food with non-alcoholics beverage. I choose the 5 services menu with non alcoholics beverages. I had a friend that took the discovery wines pairing. The food was amazing! However the pairings weren't all successful. I love the spot too, it's great for a date night or for any special occasion. It's a really good and unique experience :)

This restaurant offers more than just a meal, it is an experience catered by professionalism and care. Meals are given special attention and thought in their design and presentation.  Regardless if you appreciate the flavors presented to you it is a feast for all the senses.

From the waiting staff making you feel welcome and at home to a cozy atmosphere, there is not much I would change from dining here. Most certainly recommend for a unique outing!

Food, service, and atmosphere of the restaurant were all phenomenal. Everything we ordered was absolutely delicious and bursting in flavour. The service was fast. The staff were all friendly, helpful, and polite - especially Eric! Can’t recommend it enough and will definitely be visiting again.

Great food and service for lunch. We paid about $145 for 2 at lunch with 2 a la carte items and a dessert. We ordered the Red Drum Bass (perfectly cooked and seasoned), and the Veal (Perfectly cooked 3 different ways). They both were fantastic and we would order them again. We also got the chocolate dessert with Carmel ice cream and it was an impressive balance of flavors that were distinct and rich. Overall great service for non-French/Quebecois speakers. Clean gender neutral open bathrooms.
