It was a fairly nice hotel, definitely clean and reception desk were happy to help. The food on site however is not very good, prices about what you’d expect but the food quality in the beach bar restaurant was far from what was expected. Otherwise the location good, beach gorgeous and kept well- just maybe go out to eat!

Overall, great location, staff, and hotel for the price.

Pros: wonderful staff, right on the beach, close to lots of places, and great food at the restaurant. The guacamole, steak tacos on the special menu, coconut shrimp, and flan were our favorite. Cleaners were great at cleaning away all the sand we dragged in.

It also wasn’t a party hotel, more families and older couples so chill, with a more party vibe down the beach.

Cons: rooms are old and could use fresh paint, and general updates. No hot tub. The beach was also windy, but I’m sure that’s great when it’s super hot, we just happened to be there on a cooler week.

We also got 2 queen beds instead of a king, and we were next to the street which was noisy. I’d ask for a different room next time. And softer pillows

Currently staying here. Asked to move immediately when shown to room but told I would need to pay extra. Room given was ground floor facing the main road. We paid around £460 ~ 550 dollars for this. It was fine the first night. However now a family has moved in next door and we have a shared doorway between our rooms meaning we can hear literally everything. This is not to say they are being extra loud - simply just that this shared door means everything passes through. Hot water is inconsistent, stench of egg/ sewerage coming from somewhere also. Horrible horrible experience. The rooms have mold and they try to cover it up with paint.
We only realized  one night that there’s mold when we woke up and felt sick. There was mites on the table and the sheets were not clean.
I’m warning you do not stay here!
The beach isn’t private even everyone has access to it.
They refused to give us a refund even though we checked out after one night.

The manager was very rude and he didn’t want to help me with the refund.

Absolutely terrible experience! My friends and I were denied entry to the parking lot just because we wanted to have lunch at the restaurant attached to the hotel. There was no mention of this policy when I made the booking, which felt like a total bait-and-switch. The front desk staff was completely unhelpful, offering no solutions and just saying ‘visitors aren’t allowed.’ I’ve never encountered such an unreasonable and frustrating situation before. It was embarrassing and a huge inconvenience. If you’re planning to dine at the hotel’s restaurant, don’t bother—you’ll be turned away without any notice or consideration.
