Great atmosphere, amazing food, and extraordinary service! Our waiter, Mike Sabini, was top notch, answering all of our questions, and even accommodating a special request for an allergy menu. We definitely over ordered, because all 7 of us left full and happy! The South African lobster tail was to die for. We also got the special, The Oscar, which was the steak of your choice with a lump crab tooping, and bolognese sauce on a bed of asparagus. We were with family celebrating our anniversary, and my brother and sister in laws birthday. Special treatment all the way, even as the restaurant filled up.

from the second we walked in, to the second we walked out, service was impeccable & prompt. we came in for an early dinner and was immediately seated. special shout outs to the seared sesame tuna, beet salad, and lobster bisque special! they were kind enough to separately plate a steak that was split amongst two people. this was our first time at a capital grille, and was not disappointed.

be mindful of the portions- they’re EXTREMELY generous to the point we were too full to order any dessert!

We had to get away from the Christmas week crowds in Las Vegas and the Capital Grille was just perfect for lunch! Our server Luis was spot on, the food was perfect and we thoroughly enjoyed the “calm”! 🥰 The lobster bisque and the French onion soup were delicious as was the craft Paloma cocktail. We all had salads with sliced steak that were delicious! 😋

The Capital Grille in Las Vegas offers a delightful dining experience with excellent food and motivated, attentive staff. Special shoutout to Kevin, whose exceptional service made our visit memorable. The food is delicious, from the steaks to the sides, with dishes prepared to a high standard.

However, the portions are extremely large—almost too generous—which unfortunately leads to unnecessary food waste. While they offer to box leftovers, a perfectly cooked medium steak just doesn’t have the same quality the next day. Reducing portion sizes would enhance the experience and minimize waste, making this restaurant even better.

A beautiful restaurant that made the end to a very long special day feel even more precious. The fillet mignon was good, 8/10. The salmon was amazing, cooked perfect with a nice crisp. The citrus sauce is great on the salmon but was not so pleasant on the green beans the the salmon comes on. I would request that on the side next time, so good just not on green beans. The special dessert surprise was a nice touch. My biggest hang up is the location needs to invest in glare reducing window covers for the advertisements that flash at night. They flash over and over right by the window and the reflections bounce off all the other windows. It’s very distracting and annoying. I feel so bad this beautiful restaurant had to be tainted by all these screens around it but please consider something to reduce the glares.
