This is a five-star experience from start to finish. We arrived for our reservation and sat in the lounge area while we waited for our table to be ready. It's very elegant in that restaurant, an old Hollywood aesthetic. We were seated at our table and the drinks we ordered in the lounge area were brought over to us. There were several waiters and waitresses serving our table no attention to detail was missed. All the food that we tried was absolutely delicious and the wine that was recommended to us was wonderful as well.
My only complaint would be that our table of 3 ordered an appetizer, tableside Caesar, and two pastas. The waitress recommended we order an additional pasta. Once all the food had come out it turned out to be way too much to eat and we wound up with lots of wasted food. I understand they like the bill to be a little bit bigger but it was kind of disappointing to have over ordered at their recommendation.
Other than not the meal was outstanding everything was delicious and the service was wonderful.

Interior decor was very nice, service was fantastic friendly and welcoming.

Our expectations were high going here based off of its reputation. Carbone definitely matched our expectations everything was delicious.

Ordered the beef carpaccio, spicy rigatoni and tortellini All were exceptional. Finished with the chocolate cake and ice cream for dessert and again was amazing.

Only down side is waiting for a table before your reso at the bar can be a bit crowded. But other than that no complaints.

Beautiful restaurant with lovely decor, but the music was a bit too loud for conversation. The food was incredible—everything was fresh and flavorful. Since we had a large group, we got to try a variety of dishes, and the menu is perfect for sharing. The branzino was delightful, the jumbo shrimp were tasty but a bit small, and the caprese salad was fresh and light. The calamari was great, and the pastas were outstanding—definitely try the rigatoni, it’s a must! The only downside was that the servers kept clearing plates before we were done, which felt rushed. Other than that, the staff was super friendly, and the food was fantastic.
