This was one of my favorite wine pairings. It was like we were wine tongue sisters. In addition, the food was excellent. I did the classico pairing as I am not a fan of lobster and love oysters and foie gras. If this tasting was so good, I wonder could I  handle lobster in the more expensive pairing or would it lead to.disappointment due to how good the classico prie fixe was? The worst part, was I had made a bar seating reservation, which I like. However when the host sat me, he literally just opened the door and didn't tell me where to sit or what to do. I found that very strange and didn't realize I could sit anywhere at the bar

Had an amazing dining experience at Ariete during Miami Spice! The menu was creative, full of bold flavors, and beautifully presented. The service was impeccable—attentive without being intrusive, and the staff made us feel truly welcome. From the starters to the dessert, every dish was a hit. Loved this place. Came for Miami Spice. Would come back because everything was delicious. The Farmer and the Venison Tartar for appetizers were wonderful. On the mains, we had a delicious chicken and this duck confit. I've never been a fan of flan, but this one was amazing. Sorbet was great as well. The sommelier also was incredibly helpful and added a nice touch to our experience.

I really wanted to like the place. Everything from the concept to the menu content (and yes - Michelin star) hiped up expectations. Unfortunately, overall experience is just blah...
First of all the ambiance - I would give it a less than zero stars if I could. The dining room is so dark - you can not see what is on your plate and what you are eating. You have to use your phone flashlight if you want to see the dish which is weired and distracting.
The food- interesting but hit or miss. Loved the savory madeleines. The crudo and scalops appetizers were good and cretive as well - the porblem is you can not see what you eat.
Now the highlight - the Pressed duck service. Underwehlming.
The service consits of a duck breast, duck pressed juice sauce made table-side, duck pastellos, duck tamales and salad as side dishes.  The duck breast is present3d to you before the service, it looks alr3ady cooked but also seems like they present the same duck breast to everyone and serve you another... weired again. Tableside sauce presentation - not interesting. It is dark - so you can not see what is getting put into the sauce. No juices came our from the press, the sauce prepared tableside - simply lacked flavor and seasoning. Quality of the duck breast was poor - chewy and stringy. Tamales were food - but dry. Duck pastry was the highlight of the dish but for $160 it is a sad result.
Bright side - Service was exceptional and attentive.
Desert selection was short: flan;  pudding or pumpkin. We opted for pudding - the worst dish of the day - no flavor at all. The coconut icecream overpowered everything.
Overall - it is just ok. I hope Ariete wants to be more than that and will act on the feedback....

I chose the tasting menu with wine pairings. The food was very good and so was the wine selection. Unfortunately, the restaurant atmosphere is very noisy, with very loud music and noise from the bar, which makes the experience less interesting. The service from the staff is also very good.
