Absolutely gorgeous hotel! I’m sad we didn’t find this place before our trip ended but grateful we were able to experience a stay overnight before flying out.

The staff is incredible and very helpful. The hotel itself is outrageously beautiful and rooms are very comfortable with a more western feel meaning it’s larger with a big bed and the inside of the room is English user friendly.

The only minor negative to our stay was the breakfast. We showed up at 9AM and a majority of the food was gone like pastries, sandwiches, breads, rice, etc… we stayed for about 45 mins but ultimately I left hungry as they weren’t restocked.
Also, I wish they separated their fruit cups as I was allergic to 2 of the fruits inside the cup and couldn’t partake. I definitely wish it was separate so people could make their own fruit cups because it looked delicious.

Overall, I would 10/10 recommend this hotel though to anyone thinking about a hotel in Tokyo. The location being next to the main station is perfect and you don’t hear the hustle of commuters or trains.

Honestly, it’s easily the most beautifully kept and clean places I’ve seen.

Also staff was beyond helpful to take our luggage and coordinate a taxi for us only to then see us off properly. 100/10 service in this place!

The hotel is absolutely beautiful. Extremely clean, spotless inside and out. Very upscale and nice aesthetics. The hotel itself is picture perfect. Rooms are extremely clean. Staff here are bar none some of the best at any hotel I’ve been. The hotel will go out of their way to help you. All of the staff here speak English very well. Breakfast is great and extremely well done, with both large selection of Japanese breakfast and more Western/ European breakfast offerings. The hotel itself is right in the center of everything, as you can easily reach any subway or train within minutes, and is right on top of the main underground mall areas for food and shopping. You can see the Imperial palace right across from the hotel and within walking distance. This is one of the very best hotel experiences I’ve had and highly recommend staying here.

Stayed here with our newborn son, one of the best hotels I have ever stayed at. Not only is the hotel beautiful but it offered the best service I have ever received.

They were incredibly accommodating to my son and to our family by bringing a crib along with a gift for our son to the room, also helping us navigate Tokyo with recommendations and directions.

Rooms were large with excellent bathrooms, bed was very comfortable. Gym and onsen were great, as was breakfast.

Can’t wait to come back!

The Tokyo Station Hotel is a very nice hotel to stay at! There is a lot of things to do in the area and you have the Imperial Palace is a couple blocks away.
The hotel is very clean and the staff are amazingly courteous to you. The breakfast buffet is one of the best we've ever been to!
They so many different kinds of food American English and Japanese to choose from and they make food right there for you. The rooms were very nice I just forgot to get a pictures of them. Definitely one of the nicest hotels to stay in! With it also being attached to the subway system it is very convenient to get on and get away from the major city!

Amazing hotel in the center of Tokyo. Close to the Imperial Gardens and easy access by train to literally anywhere near or far in Japan. The rooms are clean and comfortable with attention paid to every detail you could think of. The breakfast and cafe are exquisite in both quality of food and service. Definitely well worth the price for the level of luxury as well as convenient location.

I stayed at the Tokyo Station Hotel early June of 2025. My room included a king-size bed with a few of the dome inside the station. I also had access to the breakfast buffet. To begin, I thoroughly enjoyed my stay at the hotel. The staff were extremely kind and welcoming. The breakfast buffet also had a variety of Japanese delicacies to choose from and American foods. However, the menu mostly remained stagnant over the course of the week I stayed, so if you expect new options daily, perhaps reconsider the buffet. Furthermore, the location of the Tokyo Station Hotel is unparalleled. It's a short distance to nearly everything in the city, and anything else that isn't in reach is easily accessible by the efficient train line Japan has. However, when I first entered my room, my first thought was that it was smaller than I expected. The bed took up most of the room, so there wasn't much space to unwind or put my luggage. I would say at max, my room with a king size bed can fit two people. Also, one key point that I didn't take into account before I came was how long and never-ending the hallways are! There are multiple entrances and elevators, but even then, it took an eternity to get to my room which wasn't super great at the end of a long day of walking. If you can, ask for a room near the elevator when checking in. Overall, my stay at the hotel was good. Everyone was friendly, the amenities were great, and the location is amazing. Just be warned of the long hallways and how the rooms are smaller than they look online.

The hotel is conveniently located in the train station so the train ride from the Monorail with a transfer to Green Yamanote Line was super easy. The Marunouchi South Gate entrance has a direct entrance to the hotel. Once inside the staff was super friendly with our suitcases, checking in was quick and we were escorted to our room with an explanation of the features of our room. The beauty and cleanliness of the room was amazing. My wife was super happy. I love the bidets and the walk in shower and tub combination. The staircase has a huge window with electric drapes that over sees the entrance to the hotel. The bedroom was very comfortable. The room is top notch making our stay in Tokyo delightful.

The world's top 20 hotel that just opened last year. The first hotel in Tokyo. It is mainly dark-toned and combines Eastern and Western elements. It is within walking distance of Ginza. The location, service and decoration are worth the price. The room is 40F+. The semi-floor-to-ceiling windows overlook the whole Tokyo. This view is really my motivation to get up early. It is very suitable for delivering meals and eating breakfast while watching the city view. You can also dine at Niko Romito downstairs. The hotel spa avoids the crowds. The blind box is opened successfully.

Most of our short stay in Tokyo would involve daily train travel, so after much research we decided The Tokyo Station Hotel would be the smartest choice. The hotel did offer very fast access to virtually anywhere. Head downstairs and into the station and you're on your way. It was also an easy stroll to the Imperial Palace. The layout was a bit of a maze, but easy to figure out after a run or two. The hotel offered the fantastic service of meeting us at the train upon arrival and escorting us through the station and up to our room. Very helpful. Breakfast was included with our stay. Although not a huge fan of buffets, theirs was massive, and with a nice variety of both Japanese and western fare. The buffet food was pretty good and service very friendly. We also had room service for dinner. Not the most extensive menu, and not what I'd call fabulous, but adequate for not going to bed hungry. We didn't end up visiting any of the hotel restaurants though. The room size was good, as was the bathroom and closet, with a some seating and (in our case) a nice view of the plaza below. The bed was hard, so with a back injury I had requested some extra cushion...which was already in the room when we arrived and plush enough to make my sleep comfortable. Overall a very good stay. I'd stay there again for great train proximity and service.

Giving five stars for a five-star hotel, at least it should be ranked as one. Located conveniently next to where else but Tokyo Station. Don't worry, you will not hear any trains roaring by or people running to get to work, but rather, you will be in lala Land with a good night's sleep. The hotel is truly one of elegance as it has a European flare to it but not that drab feeling you see in some hotels in Europe. The hotel boasts around 150 rooms and suites. It will not be the most budget friendly hotel but it is really convenient and worth staying with that special someone for a night or two. I'm a firm believer that a room is just a place for me to put my bags and to sleep but if you are a hotel snob and or you want to make someone feel special, not to mention to save your feet as the train station is just a hop, skip, and a jump away, then this place might be for you. Like most hotels, they have free Wi-Fi, and the desk area had at least 3 outlets, which was enough to charge up our devices. If you are one who likes to sit down and enjoy breakfast, then I highly encourage you to see if you can book the room that includes breakfast. The staff was top notch as one would expect. Super friendly and helpful. One downside was that I saw you had to pay extra to use their gym when most hotels the gym is included. But hey, having only one negative is pretty good, in my opinion. If you are a baller on a beer budget and want to stay here, I would highly recommend booking as early as possible. Also to note, if you want a room with a view, it is another thing as not all rooms face out towards the street, which is pretty nice, I have to admit. If you have the $$$$$, you will be happy in one of their suites. The rooms are big and spacious... walk-in closets, the whole nine.

Although pricey this hotel is well worth it especially if you need to leave from Tokyo Station. What a convenience to just step out into the station and catch the train instead of having to walk 10-15 min with our luggage or finding a taxi. On top of that the rooms were both spacious and gorgeous with cathedral high ceilings, beautiful decor, comfortable beds, and a shower and tub to die for!! We arrived a little late and decided to order room service as a special treat and everything was delicious! We only stayed one night but will definitely return!

This year, we elected to stay at the Tokyo Station Hotel which is uber convenient since it's at the station we will be leaving from today. The rooms are quite spacious and elegantly decorated, and they feature a beautiful breakfast buffet with over 100 items to choose from. The items mostly come in small containers so you can have a taste and try as many of the items and not get overly full. The items consist of a selection of European and Japanese dishes. The received excellent service in the hotel and at the buffet.

Currently staying here and I booked two queen rooms with breakfast included. Because of a miscommunication with my travel agency, we were given twin rooms with no breakfast. This is something that the reception at the hotel could easily take care of, but instead they are making me spend hours on the phone with my booking agent, and not responding to the calls or emails my booking agent sends. Another reason for my one star review is that we are waiting on our bags, which they tell us have not been delivered, but according to my AirTag they have been in the lobby for many hours.

It was such an amazing experience we had. I stayed there for one night to celebrate my mom's belated Birthday. At the front when we checked in, Mr.Tsuda took us to the room. During he escorted us, she explained so many things about this hotel and even showed us the dome view. Because of him we were more interested in this hotels history. Thank you Mr.Tsuda!!! Our room was excellent and high ceiling. Everything was so amazing also our room was so quiet alright next to the train tracks. We hear nothing! Breakfast buffet was stunning and so many dishes to choose. Only I disagree was too much paper and plastic waste to cover the dishes individually due to Covid-19. All staffs were very attentive and well trained. Even after we checked out they keep our luggage's. And when we picked up our luggage, Mr.Tsuda came to say good bye! I really hope I can stay there next time with my whole family and see Mr.Tsuda. I recommend this hotel for everyone.
