> It's like a pancit Canton but elevated complex flavors of the chashu, peanuty
> Huge bowl..even bigger than the Ramen that could be shared unless you are super hungry
> Leans towards salty side and it's very garlic forward which might be a turn off for others
> Fatty broth/sauce was very tasty but easily nakakaumay halfway through the bowl
> Great for those looking for veggies because it has a generous portion of bean sprouts and cabbage

Two meals above can be comfortably shared by 3 people of you're not super hungry. The price is on the upper side for Ramen and it's disappointing that I can't take my extra home.

Gyoza at php280 for 5 PCs was 5/5. Great flavor and price

The experience at Ramen Yushoken was quite disappointing. We had to wait for almost an hour to be seated, which I understand given the weekend crowd, but the waiting time could definitely be improved.

As for the food, it was a major letdown. We ordered the miso and tantanmen ramen, and both were disgustingly SALTY. The flavors were overwhelming, overly rich and sickening to the point that we couldn’t even finish our bowls.

The price also felt steep, with each bowl costing around P560, which for the quality we received, was absolutely not worth it. Overall, Ramen Yushoken seems overrated and I wouldn’t recommend it!

The food is really really good. One of the best Ramen places in the south.

The broth was so flavorful, the noodles were tge perfect texture, and it was really a bang for your buck.

This is the best ramen in the south. Always crowded, so allot time for the queue.

Their shoyu ramen (their bestseller) is delicious, with well-balanced flavor and strong umami. Tantamen is rich and creamy. The gyoza served to us were good but easily broke apart, I think they were overcooked.

Price-wise, the ramens are expensive. P500+ for a bowl and P160 for tamago egg, which will make one order around P700.

We waited for a while before we could secure a seat. Food was good and serving was plentiful. A little cramped inside the dine-in area.
