I was absolutely blown away by this incredible restaurant! The meat rice ball was excellent, perfectly complemented by a vibrant, flavorful soup. It was my first experience with such unique cuisine. The menu boasted a lineup of signature dishes that were equally mouthwatering, including the Buddha jump wall, signature noodles, spicy wontons, and the wine-soaked chicken drumsticks. The latter was the most delicious wine-soaked chicken on this Taipei trip.

The only challenge was that the order sheet was in Chinese, but thankfully, a kind staff member helped me write it.

I can't wait for my next visit to dive into even more of their food!

We went during lunchtime, and the line moved relatively quickly. We only waited for about 15 minutes. The big meat rice ball is quite special, something I had never tried before, but it's really large, so I recommend sharing it with someone. Also, don't forget to order the spicy wontons, they're delicious!

Pork mochi and wonton are must have and well worth lining up for.  Other dishes just help make a full meal and don’t quite stand out.

I recommend another Michelin-starred restaurant. The must-try dish for me is the pork-filled mochi dumplings served with hot soup. The taste is truly delightful, leaving a refreshing sensation. The outer layer of the dumplings is pleasantly sticky, while the filling is exceptional. I visited on a Friday afternoon, and the local-style ambiance was bustling with many satisfied customers. The staff and owner were friendly. I highly recommend this place, and you must try the pork-filled mochi soup priced at 60 NTD. The large mochi dumplings are irresistibly soft – a must-try!

The rice balls here were chewy but light, and filled with such an amazing filling, I was surprised at the amount of meat that was inside. The sesame noodles were also excellent.
Make sure to come here before 2:30pm, as they close for an afternoon break at 3pm. We were still able to order takeout and ate at a table outside. Would definitely come back again!
