Best Omakase I had in Taipei.
Awesome experience , not just the taste of the food. The interaction with the Chef and everything is out of this world. You can feel the warmth through his food and interactions.

I have to say I am so impressed with the food seasoned with Taiwanese aboriginal spices.  Very innovative cuisine without showing off the chef's skills.   The chef is proud of his cooking craft in every dish he prepares.  Unfortunately we didn't take counter seats as that was more of a business dinner.   Next time I will definitely take counter seats.
