Wow! What amazing service!  5 stars mainly for service experience although the premises were also beautiful. We stayed three nights as honeymooners. The whole staff was so attentive, and eager to help. We were very touched by the special touches. Very nice welcome drink and gift. Our bags were brought from the car to our room and back. When leaving early, they made our breakfasts to go. They went above and beyond to go pick up food for us from an off hotel restaurant that didn’t deliver. One afternoon when we got back from our excursion, they surprised us with a rose pedal bath set up. Turn down service every night, with chocolates, fruits, or flowers. As we left the entire staff stood outside the hotel to send us off. Our host, Driver, definitely made sure our stay was perfect

The hotel was so beautiful and the staff were amazing!
The service and food was impeccable
However the only downside is the location, as it’s quite far out of town and very close to the airport. You could hear the planes all day and night.
It was so amazing in general and I hate to mark it down but if you are planning to stay here just check the location.

During our stay in Thailand, this one really stood out. The communication was fast and smooth, the team at Villa Mahabhirom made sure to help us with booking restaurants here in Chiang Mai, as well as extending our reservation last minute. The space itself is elegant and eclectic, providing a tranquil space for really enjoying the vacation. We enjoyed the restaurant and the bar thoroughly, but what stood out the most was the staff. Extremely friendly, welcoming and attentive, it really was a treat to stay at Villa Mahabhirom. Thank you to the staff, and if we’re ever back in Chiang Mai, we’d definitely stay here again.

There is a clear Thai atmosphere here. The staff provide excellent service, helping with everything and taking great care throughout the stay. The breakfast offers 2 options: Vietnamese and international. It would be even better if there were more Thai dishes, but everything is delicious.
