This hotel is absolutely gorgeous. The moment you enter the lobby you are awestruck by its beauty and architecture. The rooms are very clean and spacious. It's like spending the night inside a palace. A palace where spending the night can be done at a reasonable price. Another plus is also its location. You can easily visit the Royal palace of Brussels and the public transport will easily take you anywhere you want. Highly recommended!

The rooms and the location are excellent but what really stands out is the service. We had a miscommunication on the type of room needed to accommodate our family with two young kids. Ahdam was extremely professional and was able to quickly find a solution and diffuse a potentially challenging situation. As a result our vacation started off on a positive note and we had a wonderful time exploring Brussels. Likewise housekeeping was lightning fast, adding an extra bed and setting up the room. Thank you Ahmed, Elias, and Stanhope team for your warm welcome and hospitality.

We had a wonderful one night stay at this hotel. Room is spacious, clean and has a very welcoming touch. Reception and the rest of the staff are friendly and very helpful. Good location. Amazing breakfast. The parking is pricy but safe. We had an amazing time, thank you!

My room was quite small (about 3x3 meters / 100 sq.m, not incl. bathroom).  It could have been comfortable though, if it had not been for constant aircon noises that kept me awake most of the night.
Breakfast is outrageously expensive at 39€ (buffet)
