Loved our little stay here. It was the first time we ever stayed in a place like this. It was very clean and we even found the bathrooms were terrifically clean. We asked for an extra pillow on our stay and we got that very quickly. Any requests to staff were dealt with in a quick manner. I would recommend to anyone of any age!

I had a really enjoyable stay at CityHub Copenhagen. The check-in and check-out process was fuss-free and smooth, which I really appreciated.

The location is great – very walkable to the metro, with lots of shops and places to eat nearby. The bed in the pod was very comfortable, and I liked being able to customise the lighting using the app – a nice touch!

The shared amenities were decent too. The bathrooms, kitchen, vending machines, and hangout area were all clean and useful. I didn’t use the sauna, so I can’t comment on that.

One small thing – there are no laundry facilities on-site. It wasn’t a problem for me as I had made other plans, but just something to note, especially since the nearby laundromat is closed due to fire damage. I hope CityHub considers adding laundry options in future.

Overall, I had a great time here. I would happily stay again and will definitely check out other CityHub locations. I hope they expand to even more cities!

I was skeptical but wow, truly blown away by this place. Everything is super clean, the bed was actually really comfy and was never waken up by noises at night at all, super quiet & respectful neighbors. And sauna after a full day of walking around the city? chef kiss.

A very nice place for someone to stay especially solo travelers. Enough room for 2 people to sleep comfortably and the bathrooms were always clean and never missing anything. Don't forget to try the sauna and then a cold shower right after. The location is amazing for going around the city too.

City Hub is an extraordinary accommodation concept. Much better than an ordinary Hostel. The capsules are large and comfortable. The cleanliness in the bathrooms is admirable.
