Great place to stay. A few minutes away from the Central Train Station. Good service and friendly staff. Rooms are clean. We definitely recommend this hotel if you are staying in Stockholm. The view on the top of the hotel was fantastic. Special mentioned to Lorna who takes good care of our stay.

This hotel is wonderfully located, it is almost impossible to do better. On top of the train station, you can enter the metro easily.
It is also quite for its location.
The breakfast was a deception, the choice was limited for a hotel of this caliber. The different warm options were almost always empty. The buffet is just too small for the amount of people who are there.

For the room, I had a room without window. The inferior was dark and the light weak. The  AC was not working enough so the humidity was staying from day to day.

In average not a good experience but definitely a convenient hotel

Excellent customer service!!! Breakfasts and Market Place were excellent as well. Gym is clean and complete. A real value. All the young ladies at the front desk were exceedingly polite and helpful!

The hotel is located within convenient walking distance from the main train station and the Arlanda Express to Arlanda Airport. The view from the roof terrace was spectacular over Stockholm City. The hotel seemed renovated and the room was nice and clean. The bed was a bit small though. Very tasty and rich breakfast although I expected smoked or graved salmon in such a good hotel. Room cleaning has to be ordered in advance latest at 11 pm in the evening before which is something new to me. I can definitely recommend this hotel.

Well located hotel in the center of Stockholm. Personnel speaks fluently English (not always the case in Sweden). Rooms are nice. Breakfast adequate. Pitty that my mail/request for parking was neglected, yet sufficient (expensive) parking in the area.
