Excellent ambience. Food was great, especially the “cheese and onion” chawanmushi dish. Much preferred to their sister Nest. They did their milk bread with whole grain instead of white - I don’t think it worked well. They also tried to charge £1 for tap water until I asked about it

Fantastic.
Since British food has not a very good reputation worldwide, I wanted to give a try to a Michelin star restaurant there to see what I would encounter. I was surprised in the best way possible.
Everything perfectly prepared and with three memorable dishes to close the main courses.
Very nice experience.

We had a great meal here, good service and perfect food pacing. All ingredients are from the UK without any compromise in flavour or quality.

This restaurant is a must for foodies.  The photos you'll see are the tip of the iceberg.  Many of the dishes I had (presented from a set menu) were packed with ingredients that delivered a well thought out texture and taste experience.
I definitely have this place in my 'return list'.

I discovered two “shots” of bullets in my pigeon breast, according to the staff, this is entirely normal and they are incredibly proud of their meats. Understandably, I was shocked. Both the manager and the waitress were completely unapologetic and even attempted to dismiss it as “luck.” While the food was decent, the service was a complete letdown for me.
