Rachel was awesome, such good customer service and attentive from the moment, we stepped in the door!

Rachel also knows what songs to play to get the mood/vibe going.

Rachel also gave great recommendations for cocktails we liked and had great knowledge on different profiles of cocktails

We booked cocktail making at the cocktail club for part of our Christmas staff party. Excellent welcome drink and Santa hats provided for arrival. Ewan (may have spelt that wrong) was an amazing host and we felt we learnt alot, all 3 cocktails were tasty and making them was so much fun, especially the daiquiri race at the end.  Our whole group would definitely recommend to anyone looking for a fun, interactive activity.

I must mention how professionally I was greeted by security before I even entered the bar! It was a busy night and I've had abrupt/unpleasant experiences before but Kai(?) and Andrew(?) were so friendly and polite; they didn't let the overwhelming rush of people subtract from their customer service or safety duties at all. The overall vibe was fun! Such a wide variety of drinks, crafted and served beautifully! Had a great time! Thank you!

Had an amazing time at The Cocktail Club in Canary Wharf! The décor is stylish and vibrant, creating the perfect atmosphere for a fun night out with friends.
The service was top-notch, with the staff being incredibly friendly and attentive from the moment we arrived. Even the security team was great—super professional and welcoming. What really impressed me was when we came back a few hours later after going for a meal, they remembered us right away! It made us feel like VIPs.
Overall, a fantastic spot with great vibes, delicious drinks, and exceptional service. Highly recommend!

We had a really good time here on Valentine's Day! Good deals on cocktails, some delicious unique ones and Kai the mixologist really looked after us and made our evening (please give him a raise!).
