We stayed here for 5 nights on our first visit to London. The location is great, easy access to the tubes. It may not satisfy those looking for a large room, but if you are going to spend most of the day outside, it is not a problem. Your room is cleaned every two days. Thanks to the staff for their polite and attentive welcome. We will definitely stay here again next time we come to London.

Checked in yesterday morning expecting to just drop off bags. Were surprised that a room was available and we were allowed to use it. One day in, the stay has been fantastic. Room is small, but staff is wonderful, amenities (coffee/tea/cheese/etc.) are great, and location can't be better. Thank you

Great location - heart of the attractions in walking distance. We arrived early before time to check in. Staff was very helpful and polite, we could leave our bags in luggage storage. The room itself was very small but clean. Shower with toilet were in the corner of the room separated with glass wall. There wasn't privacy at all. The bed was comfy but one side was against the wall, it wasn't convenient. Great service at the bar, we had a pizza late evening.

I had a great stay at The Z Hotel! The hotel is in an amazing location, just a short walk to public transport and surrounded by restaurants, shops, and attractions. The room was compact but designed efficiently, with a super comfortable bed, a clean en-suite bathroom, and a big TV with Sky channels.

The staff were friendly and helpful throughout my stay. One of the best perks was the complimentary wine and cheese in the evening—a nice touch that made the experience feel a little more special.

Rooms are compact but have everything you need and are very clean. Had window room. Shower is good and tea and coffee in room. Staff are excellent as is location. Cheese and wine was very good and the late check was much appreciated prior to attending a wedding.
