Recently, myself and two friends had the pleasure of dining at Maison. From the moment we arrived, we were made to feel welcome and at home by the very friendly hosts.

The menu tasting was a great way to experience the chef's skills and food flare. Maison had to offer. We were spoiled with a variety of delicious dishes that were cooked to perfection. The flavours were incredible and the presentation was exquisite.

The highlight of the meal was the chicken. It was cooked to perfection and was the best we had ever had. The desserts were also a highlight, with a range of flavours, colours and delightful surprises.

I have Coeliac (gluten free), and the chef was more than happy to accommodate my dietary requirements. He even went above and beyond, making "the best" gluten free bread just for me. This was a really nice touch and made me feel very special.

Overall, our experience at Maison was fantastic. The food was outstanding and the hosts were very friendly. The price was also worth it for the quality of the food and service we received. I would highly recommend Maison to anyone looking for a delicious meal in a warm and welcoming atmosphere.

Visited in December for a birthday dinner. We were so impressed with the whole evening. Every dish was of the highest quality and the service was excellent. We're already planning our return!

Went to Maison on Saturday 14 December for what was a long planned (and meant to be celebratory) birthday dinner. My friend (who organised the dinner) was the first to arrive at the restaurant. When she got there all the lights were out, and the owner came out and was very rude to her about (supposedly) being late. We were not late, and it was a misunderstanding. We had booked out the whole restaurant for the evening. The birthday girl had to have a confrontational and very awkward conversation with the owner (in front of everyone). I’ve never experienced anything like this before, just on the misunderstanding we were a bit late. Just to note, there was no call or text from the restaurant to speak to us.

The evening was meant to be a big celebration, and instead it was just awkward and very flat in atmosphere.

The food was lovely, but personally I didn’t enjoy it that much as the mood in the restaurant was not friendly. It was a disappointing experience, and it ruined my friend’s birthday evening. I don’t recommend going to the restaurant if you’re trying to celebrate, or enjoy a warm atmosphere. Such a shame.

Amazing experience (if you can get a table!). We were lucky enough to be at the chef's table and were able to watch Ben at work as well as ask him all sorts of questions as he worked. The food was amazing, but actually it was an overall immersive experience that was so much more - the food, the environment, the atmosphere and the hosts. We're hoping to book again sometime soon, but will have to set an alarm - it's like trying to get Oasis tickets when they're released!

I had been waiting to come here for months and it did not disappoint. You are greeted with such a warm welcome. It is such a beautiful place with a lovely, warm atmosphere.

Big thanks to both Ben and Lornette. The food was incredible, I had never been to a place like it or eaten food like it before. It was considered, delicious and refined food. Lornette is so friendly and professional at the same time, she has it down to such a fine art.

Service and food was impeccable. I absolutely cannot wait to book to come again.
