Lima Bistro is an amazing Peruvian Restaurant had given new meaning to the words. Our server Karen was amazing. She told us the specials on the menu. Can’t even get this in NYC restaurants. I don’t know if I can ever eat Peruvian food unless it’s made exactly the way they make it. They set the bar so high in service, deliciousness, and hospitality, its Michelin level!! I will be coming back.

One of the best meals we’ve had in a long time! Lima Bistro absolutely blew us away from start to finish. Every dish was outstanding — the Crudo was impossibly fresh and bright, the Lomo Saltado was packed with flavor and cooked perfectly, and the Mahi Mahi was tender and beautifully seasoned. The sauces that accompanied both the Lomo Saltado and Mahi Mahi were absolutely incredible — rich, balanced, and layered with flavor that tied everything together perfectly. To top it all off, we had the best French toast we’ve ever tasted for dessert, paired with vanilla ice cream — pure heaven. The atmosphere is cozy yet elevated, and the service was just as impressive as the food.

While we might not make it back to Aruba anytime soon, going back for another dinner at Lima Bistro is easily the most tempting reason to return.
