Had an absolutely incredible dining experience at Ten. The service truly went above and beyond,  the atmosphere is cozy and intimate, the attention to detail is outstanding, and the food of course was delicious!! We loved every single course and appreciated that every element on the plate was so intentional and added to the dish. Sitting at the chef's counter is such a unique experience, and an all vegetarian menu that highlights and elevates seasonal vegetables is difficult to do well, but Ten executes it perfectly with every dish.

We had the wine pairing with our meal, and Sophie explained every wine with such knowledge. If you are wanting to add the wine pairing, I would highly recommend it! We are not usually wine lovers, but it was super fun to try so many different wines and see how they complimented each food course.

We will definitely be returning the next time we visit Toront! Thank you for such a perfect birthday dinner. Will be recommending to everyone we know!!

Had the amazing experience of going to ten for my girlfriend’s birthday. We are able to book all 10 seats at the chefs counter for our group which made the experience very unique. Seeing the team work together to bring you the best dining experience is incredible to watch.

The staff were very attentive (without being anywhere near overbearing) and even accommodated a last minute allergy that was not communicated to them in advance.

The passion for food is easily seen through each dish which perfectly celebrates each ingredient and its season. Even though there was no meat or fish in our menu it was not missed. The lack of overly rich ingredients was a nice change from traditional fine dining which can be a bit gimmicky.

The wine selection was excellent as well either through the wine pairing or by the glass/bottle. If I had to give one point of feedback it would be that the cocktails lacked compared to everything else. Though I think wine is really the focus here.

Overall great experience, couldn’t recommend this place enough, especially to those who are a bit numb to Toronto’s fine dining scene.

To staff at ten, please continue what you are doing to celebrate the great ingredients available to us and share your passion for food and dining.

Easily the best tasting menu experience I’ve had. Very quaint cozy space, awesome sitting right in front of the action and seeing the kitchen work. Menu top to bottom was so creative and you can really see the passion and thought in every dish. What they did with just a vegetable focused menu was incredible. Wine pairings were also fantastic and our server/sommelier was incredibly knowledgeable on every pairing while still making it very approachable. Can’t wait to come back this summer.

(Oh and that bread. Unreal).

Incredible experience at "10"!  The service is top-notch, the atmosphere is unique and terrific, and the food is absolutely next level.  Definitely recommend the wine pairing option too, it really enhances the experience.  Our anniversary dinner last night is one of the most memorable dining experiences we've ever had - thank you "10!"

Ten out of ten for Ten Restaurant. I was a little worried about a fully vegetarian menu but once we received our first dish, I forgot what meat even is. Everything is local and seasonal and the team designs these dishes with lots of creativity. Would definitely love to return in another season to see what's in store. Staff and atmosphere are wonderful as well, wouldn't be surprised to see a star coming soon

Av de tio rätter som serverades gillade vi bara fyra (squashen, surdegen, glassen och jordgubben) , ett mycket nedslående förhållande, särskilt med tanke på att en var bröd och två var desserter. I allmänhet övermannades maten av såserna. Ingredienserna borde ha fått tala för sig själva i stället för att kvävas av tunga såser; vi kunde faktiskt inte ens smaka på vad som fanns inuti gnocchin. För att göra det värre, en viss söt sås dränktes i tre eller fyra rätter, vilket gör att de inte bara smakar likadant men ser mycket oaptitlig ut. Menyn fokuserar på omsorgsfullt framställda grönsaker, örter och korn som är sammansatta i unika och kreativa rätter som omfattar det bästa som Ontario har att erbjuda. Vinlistan är lika väl utformad och prissättningsbar och fokuserar starkt på ekologiska producenter från Frankrike, Tyskland, Österrike och Italien, med inskärning från andra regioner. Äntligen ett ord om kockarna. Dessa killar är unga och kreativa, och deras entusiasm för vad de gör är ganska smittsam. Det är väl värt din tid att dra upp en stol och uppleva den själv.

Alla där bryr sig absolut om vad de gör. Varje maträtt har en förklaring av varför och hur de förberedde den. Visuellt tilltalande på alla nivåer; mat, dekor, atmosfär. Mycket kreativa rätter, några fler träffar än andra. Jag bad om vegetariska rätter bara för mig själv och de rymdes gärna. Som serverade viner som var från udda små vingårdar från hela världen, vilket var imponerande, medan inte alla vinerna själva var, vi uppskattade upplevelsen av det. Sammantaget var jag glad över att ha gått och hoppas att de klarar sig bra.

Jag har inte varit så upphetsad över en restaurang sedan jag ätit på Blue Hill i NYC. Detta är en förbetald, förvirrad matupplevelse som kretsar om säsongsbetonadhet och ren passion, tillsammans med de mest intressanta vinerna. Ät här nu innan det blir omöjligt att boka en plats.

Vi firade min make födelsedag med nära vänner och från även innan vi anlände kock Julian var tillmötesgående av matallergier, sittplatser arrangemang och födelsedagsförfrågningar! Det finns platser för tio personer runt baren, vilket ledde till en underbar och mycket intim middagsupplevelse. Maten var enastående och vinparret var exceptionellt. Kock Julian har ett hälsningsteam med Simon, Jenn och Andy och efter denna unika upplevelse ser vi fram emot att komma tillbaka och försöka din nästa lyxiga skapelse! Tack för en underbar kväll!
