When I booked I was a little bit hesitant because of the price but it absolutely exceeded my expectations. The level of service and attention to detail was unlike anything I had ever experienced! Personal Butler 24/7 in room check in, embroidered beach bag to take home at the end of the stay, anything you needed. It was just a text away which is all nice but just the attitudes, friendliness and overall happy atmosphere was just wonderful. Food was exceptional. Even the turndown service was surprising. You could choose your aromatherapy that they would put in the room every evening and again, attention to every little detail was never overlooked. Absolutely, will return again! Highly recommend.

The is the best hotel I’ve ever stayed at. I’ve been some beautiful hotels in Italy, Greece and Mexico and this one is still my top. The service, food, atmosphere is out of this world. There’s a reason the celebs flock to this resort. We will be back again one day…. I hope!! Don’t sleep on going here.

One of the greatest resorts in the world. The service was exceptional and the atmosphere was lovely. So peaceful and quiet. Truly a wonderful spot. We will be back again as soon as possible! I would give more stars if I could!

Well, what can I say, this place is extremely pricey and I'm not 💯 sold it's worth it.

The service is good, but the place is currently packed. It's giving me exclusive vibes as is promised.

It's super loud in the rooms. You can hear people dropping a toothbrush above you, closing doors, people in the hallways, kids screaming, because the walls are so thin. The beds are ok but the One & Only and El Ganzo beat this place when it comes to comfortable beds and pillows.

This is definitely not a place for R&R during the holiday season. It's a zoo and we couldn't even get a dinner reservation at a decent time on the property our first night.

They also charge $60 for a group yoga class.  To me, that's ridiculous as it should be included and then over priced.

Also, they have so much staff that it is actually quite loud when you're trying to relax by the pool/beach. You're either hearing staff clanking dishes in the kitchen or someone is walking over to you interrupting you while reading asking you if you need something.

I have been wearing headphones since I've arrived and while I sleep to block out the external noise.

I'm here on day 2 and so far it's not worth the money they are asking.

I'll update my review if anything changes.

Butlers and all staff are lovely and attentive to every need. The resort is beautiful, private,  and special events, Valentines Dinner,  are produced with care. Highly recommended 👌
