We absolutely loved our stay here. The staff was great, room and everything on hote grounds was super clean and well kept. Awesome aesthetics in the room that was very charming. House keeping was great and the food at the restaurant was very good. Overall highly recommend this place when staying in Mexico City!

Cool experience staying at this hotel during my first trip to Mexico City. Right across the street from a big park that has some really cool museums. Staff were super friendly. Coming from the States, it was nice staying in a hotel that didn’t feel like a chain hotel. I’d come back to stay for sure.

The hotel itself was clean, pleasant and had a great location. However, the service was terrible. My friend and I were traveling alone and one day, in the mid afternoon, a man used a key card to walk into our room. No knocking, no identification, no nothing. He was clearly shocked that we were in the room and he quickly retreated. We called down to the front desk and they were shocked. They said they would investigate and call us back. After 30 mins, we had to call and them and they said it was a maintance man that accidently walked into the wrong room. However, he did not have on an uniform or say that he worked for the hotel. Also, why did the front desk need 30 mins to get to the bottom of it?
We left and went to another hotel. It was very unsafe.
And when we tried to get a refund for this hotel, they acted like there was not a situation and that a man did not walk into our room unannounced. They claimed that we left because we wanted to and refused to refund us. They were real jerks.

It’s an old-style hotel that really needs a few updates. The WiFi did not work in our room at all (despite working with the staff to fix it multiple times). The beds and pillows were also very uncomfortable - and I say this having stayed in some very uncomfortable hostel beds! If you like a very firm mattress, you might be fine, though.

The rooms have windows into the bathroom, so you can see the toilet, which was a bit odd. There was also a strange device on our bathroom ceiling that appeared to blink green/red when it detected motion. The staff said it was probably a smoke detector, but the whole situation made us a bit uncomfortable.

We actually ended up checking out halfway through our stay into a different accommodation for comfort and security.

Det värsta än vad som kan hända mig är att betala för mat som gör mig sjuk (jag betalade $ 100 USD). Jag har diarré. Jag hade hummerbisque och rib eye, salt och fet. Platsen var tom, ingen där, definitivt skulle jag inte gå tillbaka! Servitrisen var snäll men han räddade inte natten, att vi firade min mans födelsedag! Jag kände mig generad med honom, för det var ingen trevlig upplevelse!

En av de bäst bevarade hemligheterna i M xico city, denna plats ligger precis framför Chapultepec Park, utsikten över parken är bara fantastisk. Dessutom är maten enastående, prova hembageriet, den engelska frukosten och naturliga juice, njut av! ! ! !

Mycket bra måltider till ett mycket rimligt pris. Kocken kan laga mat! Jag åtnjöt varje måltid jag åt och åt det tre gånger under en sex dagars vistelse på Green Park.
