It clearly says they close at 11:00 i pull in the drive thru directly at 10:25 and nobody ever came to the speaker. I pulled around to the window and the managers were looking at me as if i was crazy not letting me know what was going on. I pulled off to leave and the drive thru cashiers were outside just talking and laughing and decided to go back in after they saw people leaving!

Ordered in drive thru, 1 dinner, 1 extra side. Got asked to pull up after paying. Proceeded to wait for 30 minutes before I finally went inside and asked for my order. They were able to get it for me right away, but there was no sense of urgency, they didn’t care whatsoever.

I love Popeyes but they are so expensive. I got a 12 piece wing combo, a large fry and a 3 piece combo and that came out to $45! But I already knew it would be like that. The problem was my food was absolutely cold my fries and wings were old and cold. So disappointing to pay that much at a fast food restaurant and get cold food.

Customer service was fine; I guess due to the reviews listed here however I've never had service issues at any of the locations here in Mobile ( just pandemic hours). But I had to take a pic to show this chicken was old; the breast has a Grey tint and is way to big to be cooked whole. This size breast needs to be cut up or not used at all. It tasted awful. Biscuit, side, drink and wing were good.
