This place is a family owned gem amidst a plethora of touristed type restaurants. I am always dubious when trying restaurants in a highly touristed area and this is one of those touristed areas, but the food and service was very good and I would have no hesitation to go back, (see note below about tips). The grilled octopus was some of the best I have ever had and a good size portion (and I just returned from a tour of Italy). The fish/seafood dish was equally good with a delicate sauce (Pescado Alo Macho).
The Pisco Sour was a little weak but pleasant. Service was attentive and prices were fair, especially considering where you are.

The atmosphere was a little basic, but we had a table over looking the ocean, not inside which was delightful and great for people watching.

The “sneaky” thing (that I see a few times with various restaurants in FL.,) is automatically adding 18% to the bill, THEN on top of that, they have the usual recommended tip section on the final receipt. I have to say, I am getting very tired of this constant “hand in my pocket” at restaurants, so this cost them a couple of stars overall.

To the owners, a tip is basically a reflection on the quality of service, by automatically imposing this, you are taking a liberty of your customers. BTW: If you had not have done this I would have left you at least 20% and probably 25%, but the way this was done, I felt slighted. Sad because you guys are better than this.

I have mixed feelings here. The food was amazing the fish special had amazing sauce and the ceviche was outstanding, the waiter was great and super friendly. However, the management here is very sneaky they charge an18% “web love our customers” fee and then ask for a tip on top of that and the calculator they offer is on top of the 18%. They also hide that fee in the “subtotal” I also didn’t love the soliciting of the group photo with hard-ish sell

It's a very authentic Peruvian restaurant. Food tastes different and tasty. We liked all the plates we ordered and we couldn't finish them, bec they're big portions. I liked how they offer free shots when sitting 👌.
For a better atmosphere, I suggest they play Peruvian music to have a better atmosphere. Also the 18% gratuity was a lot to add to the cheque.
