Pretty nice stay here. Stayed for 2 nights, and the location can’t be beat! The bathroom was large and well-equipped and the bed was comfortable. I liked that the shower had multiple options (waterfall shower head, handheld shower head, and tub faucet). The waterfall shower head was great! While the location itself is loud, which is unavoidable in this location, the hotel is quiet inside.
If you’re traveling with >2 people, and/or have a lot of luggage, you may not be comfortable in a standard room as it is pretty small. I didn’t mind that, personally.
Some things could have used improvement - fixtures in the bathroom were falling off the wall, and there was only 1 towel hook.
The destination fee also did not seem entirely worth it, and I wish there were more perks that came with it. I would pass up coffee and gym/pool access if it meant putting the destination fee towards the cost of the valet, somehow. Parking options are extremely limited and the valet is expensive.
I would come back to this hotel for a one-night stay, especially if I did not have a car to park.

My husband and I had an amazing experience at this property and we will definitely stay here again if we come visit LA again in the future. The team on site are very friendly and any requests you have are immediately attended to with a big smile on their faces. The breakfast at Cafe Fig was amazing. We loved the aesthetics and design of the lobby and our rooms. We stayed in the King Bed Suite to get the extra living room area, and it was totally worth to add the extra $ for the upgrade. The location is great too - walking distance to many restaurants, stores and shopping centres. We were a bit worried about the homeless situation in downtown but it’s really not that bad around the hotel at all.

My friend and I stayed here back in June and it was OK. Artsy, some nice artwork and design features throughout. Cafe Fig was nice. The pool was decent - get there early for chairs, always full. The rooms were clean, definitely could use some renovations but charming nonetheless.

Unfortunately we were there during an employee strike which could be heard from 7am onward throughout the day, even with windows closed.

Also, the direct area isn’t exactly safe. I wouldn’t walk around… we took Ubers to every destination.

I recently stayed at Figueroa Hotel located in downtown LA. The location is undeniably convenient, making it easy to explore the city. The building itself is nice, and the room I stayed in was spacious.

However, my experience was impacted by a significant issue: the in-room A/C was broken, and they had placed a portable A/C unit inside. This really ruined the ambience of the room. The exhaust was vented through the window using a large steel plate that covered half of the view, which felt clunky and out of place. It would have been appreciated if the hotel had informed us about this beforehand, and a discount should have been considered given the circumstances.

On the positive side, it’s great that the hotel is pet-friendly, though the pet fee is $50 per night.

The restaurant experience was also mixed. The Mediterranean Greek food was delicious, and the cocktails were well-prepared. However, the service left a lot to be desired. We waited for 30 minutes with just water and menus, and I had to approach a waitress myself to place our order, which was disappointing.

Overall, it was an average experience. The potential for a great stay was there, but for the price, it didn’t feel like good value. With some improvements in communication and service, this hotel could offer a much better experience.

Was very disappointed with this hotel. We were so excited to arrive. Unfortunately, we were met with two very rude staff members at the front upon check-in. Nothing happened to warrant this behavior except a misunderstanding about checking in. Anyway, we also overheard them being rude to another guest at the same time (Something to do with their room being small. The other guest had concerns and the staff responded with, “I told you the other room would be smaller.”) Overall, just made us feel very uncomfortable. The rooms are small with not a lot of space to set your items. Additionally, the cleanliness could be better. It was just not worth the price given that the staff is extremely rude and there are no actual useful amenities. Another thing is that the shower head is awful. It does not allow you to adjust it and it is very close to the shower wall. Very sad and disappointed, as we paid a lot of money to stay here for more than a few days.

Vilken charm på Hotel Fiqueroa när det närmar sig sitt 100-årsjubileum i Los Angeles. Hotellet var uppdaterad med moderna bekvämligheter samtidigt som det håller sin historia. Personalen från incheckning - i, vid poolen, inhouse restaurang Cafe Fig och städning är mycket tillmötesgående och erkänt uppdragen. Ser fram emot min nästa resa till Hotel Figueroa.

Jag bodde på detta fantastiska hotell 2 nätter och var mycket imponerad av deras utmärkta kundservice. Jag välkomnades av Vec som var vänlig, professionell och kunde svara på alla mina frågor. Jag åt frukost på Fikon Cafe varje morgon och älskade deras hälsosamma alternativ, måste jag säga, jag njöt också av en läcker muffins.

Vi bodde på Hotel Figueroa i flera dagar innan vi flyttade vår son till hans förstaårs sovsal. Detta hotell var exceptionellt på alla sätt! Tjänsten är top notch över hela linjen. Vårt rum var gnistrande rent varje dag. Vårt rum var också så tyst, vilket är en sådan gåva när du reser. Personalen hjälpte oss att räkna ut logistiken för att flytta en massa saker till en sovsal med vår hyrbil och hjälpte oss att packa bilen tidigt på morgonen för att göra det vid vår tilldelade tid. De hjälpte oss även att lista ut de bästa ställena att handla nödvändiga artiklar som vi inte kunde flyga med över hela landet. De gjorde en stressig och känslomässig tid så lugn och smidig som det kunde vara och jag kommer att vara evigt tacksam för det! Vi kommer att vara kunder för livet nu!

Hotel Figueroa är fysiskt gammalt, och några av rummen och badrummen är små. Men jag har aldrig haft bättre personalservice, och jag brukade resa till många hotell i affärer. Receptionen var underbar. ändrade vårt rum till ett större med bättre badrum nästa dag, hittade en express 24-timmars tvättservice för oss som gav oss en duffelväska. var alltid lyhörda för allt vi frågade (och det såg jag även för andra gäster. ) Matsalservicen var trevlig och effektiv, liksom barservicen. Rummen städades väl. Maten på vår ena middag var välsmakande och flera frukostar fantasifulla såväl som välsmakande och/eller konventionella. Hotellet är bekvämt beläget nära Arenan och flera restauranger och bara ett kvarter till Convention Center. Det är i utkanten av centrala Los Angeles. Det erbjuder bevakad 24-timmarsparkering. Hotellet ligger cirka 8 kvarter (uppför) till Broad museum och Disney Concert Hall och MOCA.

Vår familj fjärdedel kallade på drycker och en sen lunch på en lugn eftermiddag. Vid flera bord var enkla klienter fästade på sina bärbara datorer / smartphones, medan de ibland smuttade på en kaffe - lite frustrerande. . .
Lunchmenyn, även om den är begränsad, tillgodoser ett acceptabelt utbud av smaker, och vi åtnjöt grundligt var och en av våra olika smaksrika rätter. Tjänsten var vänlig och rimligt effektiv, och vi tyckte att priserna var rimliga - särskilt i en så varm och välkomnande atmosfär.

Min vän Bruno och jag kom in för att dricka här efter ett LA Kings-spel. Vi letade efter något som inte var "sportigt" där vi kunde ta en drink och prata med varandra utan att behöva skrika. Bar Figueroa var perfekt! Inte bara var den perfekt i sin atmosfär, utan vår server Brittany var förmodligen en av de bästa servrarna jag någonsin har haft! Hon såg ständigt till att vi var okej och var extremt uppmärksam på oss. Trots att hon hade flera bord att arbeta tillbringade hon tid med att prata med oss två och fick oss att känna att vi var gäster i hennes hem. Jag tror att vi har hittat en ny regelbunden hangout när DT!

Stannade på hotellet i två nätter med mina två barn vid vår ankomst från Belgien på väg till Grand Canyon - helt jetlaggad men vi hade ett stort välkomnande och fantastisk service från en dam som heter Brittany. Hon var väldigt upptagen och även om det var sent så passade hon verkligen på oss och såg till att vi fick allt och alltid vänligt med ett strålande leende. Det var första gången i LA för mina barn och hon fick mig och dem att verkligen känna sig välkomna och lätta. Stor plats, super service. Tack Brittany!

Bardford och Natasha bra mixolog. Dessa killar skapar en rolig atmosfär på denna lokala pärla. Roliga människor att chatta med efter en lång dag. Var noga med att komma in och ta en cocktail med dessa killar. Dina vänner från Coachella Jaime och Araceli.

Klassiskt hotell precis renoverat! Hade enchiladas till middag. Älskade det! Bra för happy hour efter arbetet. Medarbetare och jag hade rött och vitt vin. Bra! Mexikansk mat. Tvärs över gatan från L. A. Live. Inte mycket parkering. Nära till kollektivtrafik. Vi hittade mycket ett par kvarter bort. Men det finns mycket precis intill hotellet. Lör i lobbyn ett tag! Hade blandade drycker. Intressant konstverk runt! Trevliga servitriser! En gav oss ett tips på en retro plats som spelar alla Motown musik. Bakgrundsmusik var ganska blid. Men hade en bra tid.

Jag har haft denna plats för en tid nu och det här förra helgen gjorde jag det bästa beslutet i mitt liv att ha ett överraskningsförslag till min framtida fru där. Jag vill ge ett speciellt tack till Mike, 2 Nick, Cara & Ernesto (Valet) för att göra det bästa möjliga med din hjälp. Till alla som läser detta rekommenderar jag starkt att komma hit för frukost, lunch, middag eller till och med happy hour. Swing by och njut av god mat och dryck och naturligtvis kan du inte glömma den stora personalen som jobbar där. Om du planerar en händelse (stor eller liten) slog upp min kille Mike (Manager), berätta för dem Big Bernie skickade dig.

Bar kan vara upptagen och bartenderna är stolta över att göra bra drycker så att du kanske måste vänta på en drink. Jag väntade 20 minuter medan jag satt i baren och tittade på andra får serveras tills jag lämnade,

Personalen var inte vänlig och var mer oroad över fotografering av foton för en medieperson. Bokstavligen väntade 15 minuter och ingen att ta ordning. Kan inte kommentera drycker eftersom jag äntligen precis lämnat.

Vi stannade på Hotel Figueroa och frekventerade baren några gånger för olika måltider under vår fem nätters vistelse. Lola Albright slutade vara vår server varje gång och var enorm. Hon hade bra input på menyn och LA förslag också. Bra mat, bra drycker, bra service. Rekommendera denna plats!

Stannade här för drycker innan man gick till evenemanget på häftklammercentret. Tjänsten var stor. Älskade atmosfären.
