Food was great and the service was above and beyond!

My wife and I had a very tired and crazy 2 year old with us after a road trip and Amy and Veronica went out of their way to put a smile on his face and make sure he felt happy. All of the workers on that shift were so kind.  They really went above and beyond to make our experience great! Highly recommend!!

1st time eating here. I am absolutely in love with the restaurant. A young lady named Espree worked the drive thru window. She was very patient, knowledgeable of all menu items and helped me make the right choices. The food was so delicious and I will definitely return. 😋

If you are a chicken salad fan then you have to try Chicken Salad Chick. It's always fresh and delicious. They have many varieties  of their chicken salad and no doubt you will find your favorite!!!! And be sure to try the cake!!!!

I’ve always loved the consistent quality of the food here. In the past, a mistake on my order was quickly and professionally corrected, which kept me coming back. However, during a recent call with Kaylee regarding an order issue, I didn’t feel supported in finding a solution. Missing items when visiting the Pensacola Bayou location drive thru on 1/18 and what we did get was made entirely incorrect.
Fancy Nancy, Classic Carol, and Cranberry Kelli are all appalled and their pearls are CLUTCHED.
