The restaurant offers a unique fusion of local Thai ingredients/products with Japanese culinary techniques and a touch of North American flavors, focusing on fermentation and bold yet simple dishes.

Both their logo and menu are made for cat-minded folks (aka fish/seafood lovers). On my night, we kicked off with BBQ mud crab and squid tartare, then slid into fish scrap dumplings (zero waste, full flavor). The pea shoot & crab roe sauce? Silky. The ikijime cobia? Clean and punchy. And the BBQ corn + uni combo? Didn’t see it coming, didn’t want it to end.

Every dish came with its own soundtrack — playful, unexpected, like eating inside someone’s favorite mixtape. It’s a dinner that speaks to your taste buds and your ears.

We had such an amazing time at Nothing Sacred. I wasn’t sure what to expect from the food, but every single dish was delicious and balanced with a range of tastes and textures making each bite unexpected, yet comforting. The music and sound quality creates this immersive, calm experience. We didn’t want dinner to end. Such great value for the quality and details in every aspect. Will be back!

I had the most delightful experience at Nothing Sacred in Bangkok’s Chinatown! The host was incredibly welcoming, making us feel right at home. The highlight was definitely the ice cream creations—each flavor combination was unique and out of this world! I had never tasted anything like it before, and it paired perfectly with the overall vibe of the place. If you’re looking for a fun and tasty adventure, this spot is a must-visit! You won’t be disappointed with the creativity and warmth you’ll find here.

This is easily one of the best dining experiences I have ever had. It is completely unique, from the ingredients,  preparation methods & flavours on the plate to the wine pairings & soundtrack …. Yes soundtrack…. For music lovers, the chef and his maitre’d (who prepare the food right in front of you) also happen to be Grammy winning music artists who specialise in sound production - as each dish arrives, so does a new soundscape with a story, making this an entirely immersive sensory experience….minus any pretence. Phenomenal food & Genuinely cool. What a show!

Was a fantastic dining experience, could felt that the chef and crew really control each and every detail much like a dining at a Michelin star restaurant. Cutlery and ceramics are carefully chosen, and the dishes were a mix of great ideas tied together wonderfully. Approximately two dishes were fell short in my taste, but i did appreciate them technically and creatively. Which is equally important to me.
Menu is changing constantly so that is not really a problem.

Bottom line,  the restaurant is lead by a chef who brings something new to table yet still keeps things grounded and not being too pretentious. I am looking forward to see what comes of it.
